Happy Stays-Whitefield

There was a restaurant at the bottom level which had decent food. all of the expensive restaurants had okay but overpriced food.

Location of the hotel was horrible and the manager of the hotel was rude. Toilet did not have enough water pressure to flush. They dont except international credit cards so I assume no foriegn people allowed?

The rooms were very comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Bunty was especially friendly and went out of his way to assist us. Great experience overall!

Nothing i liked in the hotel

I didn’t like the hotel and he hot water was not coming at all once I call to the team they was telling keep it open will come after keeping on for half hour it was not…just not acceptable not happy with with the happy stay…I was staying in 311

Rooms are not clean and smell bad. A/c , TV was not working. Bathroom water taps into the room. Only one towel provided for a full family of three.

It was the worst experience. The staff was not polite. We informed the staff that we are going to check out one day before the actual date and they asked to change the dates from booking. Com, we did that and they are just giving us reasons that they will refund but till date we didn't get the refund. Worst service and very rude behaviour with the lady staff who was present in the property. Never again will be booking in this happy stays.

Overall ambience and comfort is good.

Lighting is not at all good, need to fix light switch and kindly add a low watt night light. Avoid combining one switch for multiple lights.

Linen were old, room was not smelling good and lost of scope in overall cleanliness and hygiene.

the food was excellent - non veg travellers can try their signature Mangalorean fish thali. The room service was prompt and very cooperative. The hotel staff was helpful with a lot of things and with quick response to our concerns.

the mattress was old. could've been better. also some additional toiletries in the washroom would have been helpful. The commode did not have the cleanliness seal

Receptionist Kavitha was very supportive, and staff also. Stayed here for 5 days with family and enjoyed it. Highly recommend.

The Hair Dryer at Bathroom did not work. The Power did not come in the Socket. Seems Public Transport is not easily available nearby,
