It was horrible rude behavior of staff trying to extract more money unclean dirty premises

Absolutely Nothing

Turned up and the receptionist was asleep. Didn’t know what he was doing. Made me wait for 30 minutes. Couldn’t even find the bloody place

I only liked the location and that's it

When booked the hotel, it has towel, linen, and breakfast. The staff was so not interested in serving me, they didn't provide a towel, no breakfast. I would expect a complete refund for the horrendous stay.

Room not clean. No warwr heater. No proper bathroom maintenance, no mat outside bathroom. Totally waste of money

Avoid at All Costs – Disgusting and Unhygienic Hotel

I stayed at Townhouse HBR Layout (formerly Leela Park) from 15th to 17th September 2024, and it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The room was filthy, with visible stains, dust, and a terrible cigarette odour. Cockroaches were crawling around, and basic amenities like hot water and toiletries were missing. Despite being promised breakfast, none was provided. To make matters worse, the elevator didn't work. I was forced to leave early due to the health risks posed by the unhygienic conditions. This place is an absolute disaster—avoid it at all costs.

The room was nice and the amenities were clean. The staff were very helpful and courteous.

Clean and well maintained rooms. Bed was good and comfortable. Value for money. Service was good.
