Staff behavior

Very old hotel, rules displayed is of another hotel of yesteryears and is not applicable at present. Needs upgrade to modern facilities and looks. No provision for self help morning tea, no provision for international guests - specially for electrical charging. Furniture is old and eroded, broken - not what overseas guest would like to deal with

i identified this property, food, amenities etc. Property was decent, amenities and service is great I have stayed here many times now . excellent place .courteous people .smiling staff .good kitchen .good value for money .

The hotel is good value for money in Bengaluru South area as it's located within a km from Indiranagar metro station and has a bus stop just about 300 mts. This hotel is on Hal road and is about 1km from Prestige Shiva temple Most importantly the reception folks were courteous and knew how to deal with clients by communicating in multiple regional languages apart from English.

Missing Room facilities , especially the hot water facility, lockable toilet , operational tv etc.

I liked that the desk was open at 3 am when I arrived.

I didn’t like that they would not allow me to stay longer. But, after spending a few hours there, I was glad to find another place in a better location with a nicer room and atmosphere.

The location is very close to the Shiva Temple, Room was clean, Hot water was available in the morning. The bed was confortable and the staff as well

The place was clean and the toiletries and the sheets where clean, the room smelt clean. And the staff was welcoming. For the price we paid we felt yes it was worth it.

Had a wonderful stay. Special mention to Sajid, and for making my stay comfortable It's a good budget hotel nearby the HAL Airport. The hotel shown in the picture is same as the one they gave us the room in. Good staff and clean rooms.
