The location was good

There is a bar at the roof top and the music rumbles the whole building. The hotel has no control over the noise level and is starts at 9pm and goes on into middle of the night (2am minimum ). One of the worst experiences ever.

Actually we stayed there for 4 nights. Location is very good , One Mr Michael was really good and helped us

horrible hotel and unfriendly and lazy staff, rooms are scary, no proper entrance, no security or staff to guide how and where to go.reception staff isn't courteous, dont even welcome or greet, i am sitting at the reception for check in and the reception staff is busy in his own world, talking over phone, 15min i was just sitting at the reception.they are unaware of the up coming booking for the day, initially the person told me there is no booking on my name and later then i showed them my booking confirmation on the app, then they started calling someone else to verify my booking.this hotel is nothing more than a third grade cheap lodge for a 4 star price.i cant even open the window of my room, its attached to the neighboring house, opens to their balcony just a feet away.i walked out of this hopeless hotel with in half an hour and booked another hotel.the Air conditioning wasnt working properly.Reception doesnt even send you back the remaining change from the payment unless you call and remind them multiple times.

The food at Flavours, cleanliness, promptness by the staff and their behaviour. Everything about this hotel was excellent. Worth the stay.

The receptionist who was there at 11pm, he was not as friendly as the other receptionists. It would've been better if he was a bit more friendly.

Free transfer from the airport to the hotel. Overall, more or less acceptable for accommodation.

1. Wifi is very unstable, the speed is bad, fluctuates from about 0 to 4 Mbps. The network is not encrypted. It works worse than the Internet via a mobile network. You can only connect 2 devices at a time at most.2. The lights go out several times a day, usually for a few minutes. But sometimes for up to 30.3. The cuisine in the restaurant is Indian. Not everyone will like it. I got really tired of it after a week.4. There was a fire alarm twice in the morning. They couldn't explain what happened and why, they just told me to go back to my room.There was also a very strange attempt on behalf of the hotel via WhatsApp (the WhatsApp number matched the hotel number listed in Booking, which is strange) to persuade me to pay 100% of the amount in advance before check-in, although according to the conditions in Booking I had to pay upon check-in. This greatly spoils the impression of the hotel. If this was an attempt by the official hotel administration, then it is sad. If the scammers somehow find out information about check-in, then the administration probably needs to do something to fix it.

Laundry service was long and I realised now that I al back home that my suite was damaged.Wifi was not working i had to use personnal hotspot.

"Hello, I would like to share our terrible experience staying at the Grand Continent in Hebbal, Bangalore. Despite paying ₹18,000 for two nights, which is close to the price of a 5-star hotel in the Bangalore tech park area, the services were worse than 1-star.Upon checking in at 4 PM, we immediately noticed a foul smell coming from the bathroom. Initially, we thought it might be something minor, but the smell persisted. There was a strong scent of perfume in the room when we entered, which masked the odor for a short while. We immediately requested a change of room, but we were told that nothing could be done as the hotel was fully booked.The next morning, we raised this again with the manager, pointing out that the heavy perfume must have been used intentionally to cover up the terrible smell, meaning the hotel management was already aware of the issue but still offered us the room. This is severe mismanagement and highly irresponsible, especially since this kind of exposure could pose serious health risks. We strongly discourage other customers from staying here and recommend finding alternative hotels in the area.We were so dissatisfied that we almost booked a room at the Hilton, but we had already paid for two nights, so we decided to stay. The manager shifted us to another room, but it had the same problem. After arguing with the staff, they offered us a third room and a complimentary breakfast, which was subpar. The entire experience was a nightmare. I even told the manager that I was prepared to go to the police and file a complaint, as the smell could potentially lead to serious consequences for their business.One of our biggest concerns was for our eight-year-old daughter, who had to endure this terrible environment. She was exposed to this unbearable smell all night before we were finally moved to an executive room on the second floor the next day. For families, I strongly urge you to avoid this hotel—it’s nowhere close to a 4-star...

The food was good, both for dinner and breakfast. Not many options but well-made.

The view from my room was a WALL of the adjacent property. I was told that the street view rooms have a traffic noise problem. And there is seemingly no room that falls in between a wall view or street view.

The location is simply amazingIt’s a no fuss hotel. You get exactly what you pay for.Staff of the hotel is just next level. Always willing to help.

FOOD COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER BUT THE BUTLER WAS VERY SUPPORTIVE

Nice, compact hotel with a good view of the city. The room is well-equipped and nicely decorated. The location is considered good, I guess, since I do not commute by public transport. However, looks like it's not so far from the airport, which is convenient for our trip.

I did not have a good night's sleep here, unfortunately. The hotel is located right in an intersection and it's pretty noisy day and night for me to sleep. And the cheer on top, the receptionist called me in the middle of the night to ask me to pay for the room, which he forgot to ask earlier during the check-in. I calmly asked him if I could do it at the check-out and he's fine with that, so what's point of calling me in the middle of the night, trying to sleep in a noisy room?

Bad location. Staffs are not cooperative. Not the good place to stay. One of my worst experience
