Disappointing to stay with family

Buckets were dirty, dirty bed and pillows.One of the room didn't had lock to close the door.Entrance to the hotel was next to dustbin which is not picked up and creates smelly and stingy experience while entering.

There's nothing worth mentioning good at that place.

This was the worst hotel I have been in my life. The location was horrible as opposite to what was shown in the pictures. There was a foul smell at the hotel reception. We thought of not checking in after the first impression. But since we were running out of time for an official meeting, we decided to take the room. But everything that happened later was even horrible. The lift was not working, we had to carry the luggage up to the third floor. There was no door latch in the room, can you imagine a hotel room without a proper door lock. And the most surprising part was, there was no water at all in the washroom, even to wash face. We complained and asked for a checkout within 20 mins and the hotel staff responded in a very rude manner. Their behaviour was almost like goons and criminals. Please do not trust the reviews like I did.

Nothing to say good about the stay.

The staff was not good, and they did not provide a good room. 1. The pillow cover was dirty. 2. I asked multiple times to provide towels and soap, but they did not give any. 3. I booked with breakfast, but they said no breakfast was available. 4. On Booking.com, the rent was around Rs. 2,293.52/-, but they charged Rs. 2,600/- and said that was the amount I had to pay.

Literally nothing

First of all the receptionist lady has a very rude attitude towards customers.If you ask something she will shout like a hell which you can't even imagine.Coming to the room,The room was not cleaned when we checked in and the pillow covers was full dirty.Bedspreads was also full of dirt.The bathroom is the horrible.Tbe flush was not working and was not cleaned.The door mat was missing in front of bathroom.They will not provide you extra blankets or pillow covers.Initially we politely asked the receptionist lady about the pillowcovers,bedspreads and all.That receptionist lady I think the name is pratiksha shouted unprofessional in a very dissmissive manner.Additionally ,I booked the room with breakfast but purposefully she didn't allowed saying that breakfast is not provided.I think the management team should take action regarding this behaviour and cleanliness of the rooms.

Water taps needs cleaning due to dirt accumulation in pipes and taps,Water tanks needs periodically cleaning

Despite advance intimation about arrival room was not checked properly and not kept ready in all respects,no call received from reception

Poor maintenance and most of the time water is not accessible and more importantly the staffs are not approachable for any issues

Maintenance and basic amenities to be provided (towel, soap, shampoo and paste)

Full of regret

No cleanliness, no not even soap and towel was provided. Water extra charge. Worst than dormitory.

Location.

While doing the booking via Booking.com, it was showing the property with Breakfast included. But they simply denied the breakfast. They said they don't have any facilities to provide breakfast. And they said, we don't care , just Go and report it to Customer Care. Even they were unable to provide drinking glasses in the room. We had to buy our own drinking glasses. Basic amenities like fresh Towels and toiletries like soap bars were not present in the room. After much request that was provided.The male receptionist at the counter was very rude.My suggestion, please check beforehand with the property, if they are at all providing the amenities that they have listed in booking.com.

Only location was good. Nothing else was good.

Staff at reception are cunning. They take your phone saying they want to check for booking details and give good rating and good review by themselves on your behalf and even without your permission. Most of the good reviews and good ratings are fake for this property. Photos showed on website is not the same as you see for real. Rooms are not clean. Bed and Blankets very dirty. No door mat in front of the washroom. Washroom not clean.They don`t have a kitchen. Even when the breakfast was included in the price, they get breakfast from a nearby cheap roadside shop. Not so great Breakfast.

It was pathetic

The property was poorly maintained. Dirty, and the flush wasn’t working. The beds were smelly and the bathroom doors don’t lock. We checked out the very next morning! Terrible maintenance. Dirty beds. Poorly maintained bathrooms. Smelly corridors.

Poor management. They allowed checkin after making us wait for 1 hr. Also, there is no service phone available in room. You have to walk till reception to inform.

No towel was there. We have to ask twice.

Good place to stay with Family. staff was good. Loved it. Hotel room was big. Bathroom was clean. Safe Hotel.

The service was really good. Room size was very good clean linen, and towels. Awesome Hotel with good sized room and bathroom,

A new facility

I booked for 3 people and they gave me a room for 2. And that’s the biggest room they’ve got.

Room was neat and clean, very spacious. The bed was comfortable.
