Shabby and Dirty Place

They gave us the wrong room , not the one we had booked . It was shabby and bad .Was very dirty

We had a great time staying at the Sanctum Suites. The staf was very friendly and offered us an upgraded room with a discount. The rooms were spacious and clean. Location is good - a posh shopping, dining and pub district in a walking distance.

A loud street outside, but this is a general issue with Bengalore: traffic is everywhere extremely loud.

We had a great 3 night stay here, the room didn't have windows but that probably helped keep the noise of the traffic out. We slept very well and breakfast was also included. Staff were friendly and location was perfect for everything we needed

The hotel has a good location and the staff were quite friendly and accommodating. The place was clean and offered a solid, no-frills experience. Overall, it’s an okay choice if you’re looking for a basic stay in a convenient area.

The rooms are not as bright as they appear in the photos. They face neighboring buildings, which means you’ll likely have the curtains closed most of the time for privacy.

Perfect location heart of city centre.

Windows should be doubled glass as it was on road side, noise of vehicles came all night.

Our initial room smelled strongly of cigarettes and had no window, but we paid for an upgrade which was definitely worth it for a slightly larger room with a window

The position is fine.The location is comfortable.The staff is surely great, kind, efficient and extremely effective in all their move.At the reception, the person of the night shift was always extremely careful and helpful.

The breakfast can be more varied, at least with yogurt.

The hotel lived very much up to expectations. It is nice place in central Bangalore. Nice, clean room and bathroom and a very tasty breakfast. The hotel does not offer much of facilities, but every works well and it was good value for money.

The room does not match with photo displayed. Poor review basically comes down to this. Expectations do not match. There is only 1 bottle of water offered as "complimentary". When asking for more, it's chargeable. A totally ok expense, but absolutely absurd when only one bottle of water is offered to 2 people staying. Room is extremely small and the bathroom has clear signs of wear and tear. Room so small with attached washroom it leaves a musty smell and is uncomfortable. No ventilation.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone if you do not require the parking. The staff are excellent

No Parking - the hotel owner does not allow the guests to use the parking but he has kept someone in charge and allows neighboring officers to use. The parking lot is a junkyard too.

The hotel itself was not bad and it was clean and the staff was kind. The location is convenient

The venue was so noisy and so difficult to sleep in because of traffic on both streets! And they don't have proper windows to isolate noise. And I also reported to the staff that there were other customers who were partying at night with music and high volume voices and they continued despite my complaint. I understand it is not the hotel's fault but they should intervene with these kinds of clients.

No cutlery, plates, not enough water, had to request, no shampoo, no napkins or tissue.

Pricing for in room dining.. was expensive considering the options available so close nearby at cheaper rates.

Food was awesome.. Must try the roti and curries.. Its an vegetarian

Honestly I didn’t like the door banging on the third floor next to the elevator.
