Location, comforters and good staff

The staff were kind and always ready to help you or assist you. We thank the Manager,Mr Minash, who has upgraded our room as we have booked for a long stay. The restaurant's food was excellent and not too spicy for us. The ladies staff in the restaurant have always welcome us with their lovely smiles. Overall it is a good hotel with it's good location near the city centre. We will love to come back again. Thank you everyone.

We booked the hotel for the Electronica visit in Bangalore. They have fulfilled our request prior to the visit and agreed to accept on-arrival cash payment while guaranteeing the booking.

I think property need some update in overall infrastructure. Room door lock need service or replacement as it was difficult to open and close.

Room Cleaning was not up to standard.

The hotel staff were courteous and the food quality was good, which we appreciated. However, the condition of the room and toilet was very disappointing. The cleanliness was far below expectations — there were visible stains, and it seemed the area had not been properly cleaned. The amenities were very old and poorly maintained. Even the toilet seat cover was unclean, and the bedsheets and towels were worn out and unhygienic. Overall, the housekeeping and maintenance standards need serious improvement.

Very well kept. Anjali at reception, Rakesh and Lalrin in restaurant and Sagar made our stay a bit more special. Can’t remember all names but everyone made our stay super special.

The staff at dining hall were attentive and good in their service especially Pralay and Lalrin. Breakfast spread was good and dinner made to a la carte were to my choice and well prepared.

Not good cheap . No value for the money

5 days stay was bad. The bed in room 5503 is like sleeping on a wooden floor. Springs popping out. Of bed. No comfort what so ever Cheap. No value for the money y we paid. We pay 10000 avg per day for room and food. Lousy

Great stay and the staff were very attentive, especially Neeraj, Pralay and Lalrin in the restaurant. The room was very clean and quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast spread was really good each morning, and ended up having lunch there the first day, and dinner there most nights, as Neeraj was looking out for us each time and the food was really good. Also enjoyed the terrace lounge one afternoon. Picked this hotel as it was central to places we were visiting on our trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Only notes were that the room didn't have a safe and if you called an Uber, you had to walk a couple minutes away to a traffic circle instead of pickup directly at the hotel. Otherwise all good.

Food was excellent. Staff members at the Restaurant were very welcoming. They did everything to make our stay a memorable one.

Bathroom was not that clean. Bathroom need to be maintained.

The whole hotel,staff, reception service, room service inshort everything excellent...if will come in Bangalore in future...I will definitely stay in this hotel...hope I will get a chance to stay there.
