The staff and their behavior were excellent. Restaurant was amazing

Rooms were very small and tiny

The breakfast buffet was so delicious and the staff was very kind and helpful.

The wifi is extremely slow, nearly unusable

Breakfast was decent with many options. Location is not great… very noisy due to traffic late into the night and from the early morning.

The room lacked extra bath towel, hand towels and even paper napkins… these need improvement

Cockroaches are moving around Staff is also not friendly except the one who was on duty on my last day staySmoking smell in the bathroom, although the room was so called non smoking room.Coc

Room Service Staffs are not well trained.Most of the food items are spicy.. There should be an option of Half qty for a single traveller. On my first day, I found long hair in my bed, which indicates that the bedsheet was not changed.It could be a better property, if properly maintained.Rooms should be provided with a set of small hand towels and glass for drinking water.The light and Exhaust fan should have separate switches. Exhaust fan was old and its sound was also irritating.

We needed the room just for a couple of hours, it was comfortable, bottles of water provided, all the shampoos, spacious room and bathroom. We got very good Indian breakfast, the design of the hotel is very traditional and helps you emerse to the culture.

The staff was very helpful but sometimes we were feeling too much pampered because the staff was helping us everywhere with the luggage, doors etc.

The water from shower did not drain properly and it was flowing towards the commode so it was not comfortable ! Once that is corrected the stay will be good

Bathroom & cupboard little cramped. The bathroom telephone fell down 5 times, because I knocked it due cramped space. Similarly, got cramped when using cupboard. One plug point fell off when I plugged my charger. AC was a little inconsistent
