Breakfast was quite good. The location of the hotel is very good considering the areas I had to travel to.

The wifi was terrible. I could not access any site. Stopped using it after day 1. The food options are quite limited for vegetarians. But the food was good.

It's very noisy room... Sounds of city traffic and lots noise from inside (probably by some residents). Could not sleep whole night.

Make rooms sound proof. Also improve the wardrobe storage.

The food has always been good. Have visited Ginger, Whitefield since 12 years. Now the cleanliness, maintenance and hotel need a revamp!

Dirty rooms, rusty pipes, rusty dustbins ( steel) poor quality towels and linen, bedsheets not cleaned. Rooms not swept or cleaned.

Unclean and the overall hygiene standards were quite disappointing.

I recently stayed at Ginger in Bangalore, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The hotel was unclean, and the overall hygiene standards were quite disappointing. From the rooms to the common areas, there was a noticeable lack of cleanliness, which made my stay uncomfortable.The only saving grace was the staff, who were polite and somewhat accommodating. While they did their best to help, it couldn’t make up for the poor state of the hotel itself.I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless they significantly improve their cleanliness and upkeep.

Staff was very friendly and ensured a smooth check-in process. Especially, Ms. Kushi was customer-focused and helped me secure a comfortable room. Even the staff at the restaurant did their best to serve all customers very well

Location was good, security was courteous

Room allocated was stinky and bathroom was dirty. Even after cleaning of bathroon, room continued to smell bad. Had to get up at 11PM and chaneg rooms. Upon mentioning next day to the front desk, there was no regret with them as if it was all normal. Bed was small and not at all comfortable. Bathroom exhaust wasn't working (in original and newly allocated room). Not worth the money at all.

In booking.com while booking, I requested one night stay, and booked including night with check in date and check out date. But at the time of check in the receptionist was not accepted, said that the booking was done only for day out, and charged more for night stay. The lift was not suitable for entering the wheel chair. Wheel chair was damaged.

Bad experience

Ginger Hotel has the name of TATA Group, but it has not reached the level of Tata. The room is too small compared to its price of one night, The bed of the room is extended by fixing a ply and the bed sheets were not clean, and the toilet seat was in the middle of bathroom, which gave bad look.

Location. Room was clean. Staff was courteous.

Cleanliness. Lift was not very clean. Saw cockroaches. Flies in the breakfast counter.Corridors and stairs etc. ambience can be improved.

The location

I couldn’t believe how bad the service at Ginger was. We were shifted to a different room and there was nothing to aid in the stay. We didn’t have a kettle and a separate pair of towels in the bathroom.The room phone didn’t work so every time we had to speak to the front desk, we had to go all the way to the lobby.Overall, I cannot recommend Ginger anymore, there are so many other budget hotels in the vicinity to choose from

Location is near to metro station

I have been to many other properties in same and below this cost range. I am ver disappointed about ginger whitefield. I had to wait long time to get room . They upgraded room to a room where bathroom door wont close. AC was not working properly. Someone came to fix and we went out. And he couldnt fix so he just left it like that without even informing us. And next guy said they cant fix it.

The room was not looking the same as shown in the pictures, the space was too small. The bedsheets were not very clean and looked old . Not worth the money

The mattresses on the bed are extremely uncomfortable, they’re old and have been over used, and sleep

Approach of staff. They just will avoid to respond. You need to accept 38-40DegC water as hot water for bath.

Location is closer to IT parks and offices. Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet was decent.

If you order food from room service, ensure you check it before signing the bill. I ordered dinner from room service, both the chicken dishes were pathetic and sour in taste, I have never tasted such bad food. Vegetarian options were good though. This was my only disappointment.

The location was convenient and the room was cmfortable

The rigidity in rentals and the absence of 24 hour check out / prorata rentals is a disappointment. Even after I had checked in almost three hours late, this grace period was not factored while calculating final amount during checkout, despite several polite requests from my end. Feel a bit let down by this.
