Simply good and cheap. Location is good and accessible to all places in the city. Restaurant attached. Nearby place is having many hotels restaurants and food courts.

Value for money with great facilities a available such kettle water bottle tea sachets and restuarant also available.Supportive staff and great Location and comfortable stay.

Great Location, With Helpful staff

It was a wonderful stay in Hotel Chetan International with my family. Located in a convenient place. Easy to access from KSR banglore railway station. Best restaurants and shopping facilities available just around from hotel. Hotel staffs are very polite and supportive. They made us very secure and friendly atmosphere.

Wonderful Good location close to everything and only 15 minutes Walk from railway station and bus stand. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room very comfortable and spacious.

Service is good, receptionist is very kind and allotted good and comfort rooms for family. Very good keep it up

Stayed here for a days, and it was just what I needed—peaceful, clean, and comfortable. The rooms have a cozy feel, with soft lighting and comfortable bedding that made it easy to unwind. The room was good and clean , staff was courteous. However I feel atleast water bottle should be offered free

Booking.com shows a different fare while booking and the actual bill during check out is different. Also it is generally expected hotel rooms to be with AC. Hotel did not provide AC inspite of charging 2400 per person for a day. Not worth the stay

Tarrif too high for the type of Non AC room with basic ammenities. Wash room too was not clean

I booked family room but when i arrived the room is filthy and cockroaches everywhere in the room and toilet was not flushing.I requested to change the room but they said theres no available room not until the 2nd day: the room was still infested with cockroaches.

The staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok.location was good for our purpose.

Bed sheets were not clean. The bathroom was dirty, sanitaries were coming off, toilet flush not working properly. Corridors not clean. All cleaning equipment were kept at the corridor visibly with dirty linen. There is bad smell throughout the hotel, which I am guessing is from years of not cleaning common area properly. Overall the stay was unpleasant with other guests being too loud, bad smell and overall cleanliness. The rugs were too dirty that your slippers get dirty if you step on it. We had to cut short our planned two night stay to one night stay and move to another hotel.

old hotel need improvement in service and clean lines. worst staff attitude only eager for money no hot water staying here is waste of money
