juSTa MG Road Hotel

Hotel was quite dirty. Staff were pleasant but hotel was not professionally run. Breakfast was not great.

Could have been cleaner.

Small hotel with helpful and friendly staff. On a side street that is quite and easy to access. Close to interesting shopping strip.

Courteous staff at Justa MG—very kind and helpful! ? Late check-in was accommodated smoothly. The property is conveniently located near Trinity Metro Station on MG Road. Though the room was compact, the service was excellent. Perfect location with easy access to MG Road! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Photos of the room were not accurate; the sofa was not available. and bit compact. Little mosquitos were there. However, they provided a solution for it.

What we like about it was we got an early check in.And they couldn't of been more helpful. We had bicycles and they stored them and help us with washing them etc.

Location and coziness

Internet issues

1. Location.2. Location.3. Location. I have written it thrice on purpose.4. Staff mostly was mostly having a helping mindset. They would offer to correct/fix things and mostly succeed in doing so.5. Room service was quick and effective.

1. Overall, the property has a run down feel compared to two years ago when I had stayed and liked the property. Broken, chipped bits or fittings that do not function smoothly add to this feeling. Example - shower curtain rails which remind you that there once was a curtain and now there is a free passage from which the water can and does spill into the dry area of the bathroom. 2. Room key card did not work, they knew it and yet tried to pass that off as normal. Time and interventions wasted in addressing this. 3. No information given about WiFi. 4. Uneven steps from ground to the first floor.5. Breakfast is decent but information about live counters was not given.6. Hot water seems to be available only during morning hours. My complaint in this regard was not addressed.

The bed was excellent as were the staff. Room service and food quality excellent

Shower not always hot

Staff and attention

Can do more for room seat abd wifi

Great breakfast served hot, enjoy the stay whenever I travel to Bangalore.Fantastic location, well connected and proximity to Metro station is a bonus.Strongly recommend business travelers to stay here.

all is well, so far so good.

The location was amazing and the hotel facilities were just on point. The room was not spacious but accomodative enough even for 3 people.

Sometime the room could feel little claustrophobic since the natural light coming in was very less.

The location was fabulous

The front office staff is lethargic and very slow to respond . The hotel's cleanliness leaves much to be desired.

avoid this unwelcoming and poorly managed place

staff unprofessional, unwelcoming, cockroach, bad synthetic smell. I had to change the room because the flush did not work, had to call the reception for towels in the bathroom because they forget about it. and they make pay more than what I was supposed to. Worst experience in India so far.

It's located in Central part

Rooms are so untidy, messed and old furniture

Staff were friendly and courteous. However the property not maintained well. Disappointing to smell cocroach chemical everywhere .

Cupboard is damaged and outdated amenities, bathroom were had blockage on the first day then the staff came to fix it. Although we requested a deluxe room the room we got

Location in heart of city . Easy access from several parts of the city. Clean place

Had to change rooms as the first room A/C wasn't functioning properly

Avoid staying here

Hotel is shabby. crumbling infrastructure, unprofessional staff, below average food.

the breakfasts are great.

the cleanliness of sheets, towels, sofa

location value for money good staffs my family enjoyed the stay ... n metro access was just so close n was convenient for us..

everything was good but we felt they must have placed 1 mirror was dressing in the room .. mirror was only in the bathroom .. rest all was ok.. I want the management to place a dressing table with mirror inside the room ...

Hotel staff who assisted me for the room facility was very kind and helpful.

A large group of other guests were talking too loud outside of their rooms until after midnight and it disturbed my sleep. It's too bad that the hotel manager could not do anything about it.

Humble staff who understands guest needs but unable to provide solutions and service

I booked this place for a stay with my gf as we were meeting after 6 months. i came from Dubai and she came from Jaipur. firstly the location on map took me to another Justa and not that i booked. that receptionist was busy on his phone rather helping me with proper direction. the address says behind oriantel bank. but there is no such bank in that area. after some Hassel i land in the right hotel. receptionist was fast to check me in. however the Air conditioner never worked all night. we had to sleep without duvet with fan on. due to fan i caught cold. next morning i complained to receptionist and went out on shopping. again second night the air conditioner never worked. to acid the fan i slept on the floor. same night i was furious with the r ception team they tried to fix the ac but failed. 3rd night i warned them that i need ac what ever the case may be. and finally our 3rd and last night had AC. but due to this our first two days was disgusting since we could never cuddle, bond and share love. the hot temperature almost costed our relationship where we would break up with each other. due to ac not working we started arguing with each other. displaying uneasyness against each other etc. Me n my Gf we not talking to each other by 3rd day and i didn't even see her to the airport we didn't talk for almost a week post check out. this hotel is run by un professional management and have no sence of creating unique and memorable experiences. in my life i stayed in thousands of hotels and travelled 27 countries. i never imagined that a bad hotel room can cost a couple their years of relationship. also i booked for 3 nights with breakfast but first day when i went for breakfast and first tried to taste the juice. the pineapple juice was water infused with 10 percent of pineapple juice. very basis idly, wada.chutney, toast etc. we never ate a single breakfast here. I'll never visit this hotel ever nor i shall recommend.
