Neatness is what I liked.

Restaurant service is very slow. For a dinner (though tasty) had to wait for almost 45 mnts.

Hotel was neat and staff were polite.

In room dining and restuarant serving delay is irritating.

I loved the spacious room, the food and the staff in the restaurant. I really appreciated the general manager and even the cleaning boy who came to clean the room. He was very sweet and honest and it was so touching to see the hotel hire deaf and dum cleaning staff. Over all for the affordable prices and location my time in lemon tree for great.

The lady at the reception named ‘Sweety’ was terrible. She needs to be either in the restaurant or some other department as I felt her skill set wasnt for front desk. I dnt have anything personal against her she seems to have a lovely smile but just not meant for reception duties for a five star hotel. She screwed up my checkin and checkout with simple instructions. I booked my stay last minute from Dubai and dnt want my parents to be charged. I called up reception not sure which lady picked up and told me to send me card details along with my PIN number to some random email for payment. The email address wasn’t a lemon tree address. I dnt feel safe doing that. The next day I spoke to the general manager who seemed really smart and nice about paying in advance. Guess what? — he told me due to govt bank regulations I am not allowed to give them my card details for a payment I have to use my card myself which made me feel the lady at the reception who I spoke to was shady. When I reached the hotel sweety was there and I asked her to give me a receipt for my checkin after I pay the full amount for three rooms she dnt give me any receipt. I instructed her to pls remember at my checkout not to charge me again. Again at checkout Sweety forgot who I was and asked me to pay some amount not stating what it was for and couldn’t remember if I paid at check in and had to call a colleague to check the system. I dnt feel sweety had a skill set for the reception ecsp not for guests payments. Pls keep someone more suitable for this post as the reception is the first impression for any clients who enter hotel. Pls note: I dnt usually complaint but I felt this was important and if I dnt address it sweety will keep repeating the same mistake — Laziness and not paying attention to simple details.

The breakfast station needs quicker service

It was very close to most things especially food and shopping.

Rooms can be done up and smell a bit more fresher and airy. It did have some musty smell when you enter.

The location was great and also the facilities ware quite nice

Somehow we did not feel the hospitality especially there’s no one to attend or meet any guests to know about their stay or is there anything to enhance the overall stay at this hotel I personally felt like only the basic level staffs are operating the whole hotel and some staffs ware unprofessional even I requested to meet front office manager the receptionist said not allowed to meet or call I have been working in this industry for 16years so it was bit disappointing to experience such a situation in 4 star hotel

At the time of check out i understand that LemonTree Premier does have option to choose and book lunch/dinner buffet with discounted prices. But this was not communicated at the time of check-in or while availing buffet lunch in their restaurant. I paid Rs.2000/- because of this. Customer expected to inform about their facilities and offers that they provide. Also no communication about their complimentary breakfast along with package

The property is beautiful...rooms are large and so is the bathroom. Even without asking, we were given an upgrade to the top floor with a great view of the lake. Staff are courteous! We very very happy. Plan to go again

Room service and housekeeping requests take a really long time. A la carte orders at the Citrus were only so-so...and took very long to come.

The mattress was very uncomfortable. Not suitable for back problems.

There should be more variety of non spicy food.

The cleanliness of the room was good. The floor was dusty though.

At Rs. 5348.16 that I was charged, breakfast should have been included.

A fall in level of service. Could be due to the extra maintainance work going on. Better to avoid till the are back up to their previous standards

Accommodation was ok

I booked a room with twin beds for myself and my colleague. Upon arrival I was told that they could not offer a room with twin beds, they only had double/queen beds. So, I had to book another room, doubling my cost for the stay. I felt they should have provided a better solution: either create twin beds or offer the extra room FOC. I will be very careful when making such bookings in future. I won't stay at the Lemon Tree again.

The staff were slow , the WiFi was terrible and they ask for more price for faster WiFi

The location was a quite location hence good for tourists. The staffs were friendly and attentive. Mr. Abishek went above and beyond to assist us with something. The property has many facilities. Closer by you will find restaurants and other places. It is also close to commercial street.

There is nothing such, but adding some more varieties to the breakfast buffet for international travelers may help.
