Excellent location and staff. I only stayed one night but it was all very comfortable.

Breakfast was very good and plenty of variety for electric kettle problems. Bad design of base section .

No hand towels in room.Rooms should have tissue paper box. List of tv channels available

I like the property, coast was affordable, best for family stay, breakfast was good, staff are ok

They are very friendly. Specially Naven from F&B he is really great. He helped me to learn about this city and everything he could. Also tejja he is really nice.They do speak Hindi English and bangla as well which is really helpful for clients.

the room was clean

The key card provided wasn't working properly. Had to get it reactivated more than 3 times. Had to run from 4th flour to ground floor to get it reactivated as the lift needed the card to be used inorder to go down. It was very inconvenient

Location was good, not best. Breakfast was also tasty but too costly

Room services are not good, they take a whole lot of time to reach your doorstep for any basic thing you need.Also the prices are way too high for the facilities they provide.

Akash was at reception when we checked in. He was very helpful.

1. Communication from booking.com was incomplete. Voucher sent to the hotel was not inclusive of breakfast. This put me into lots of inconvenience. Please take great care in future.2. Please provide option to select 2 separate beds for double occupancy 3. Size of the room no 407 allotted to us was small for double occupancy

breakfast was too expensive, so we skipped it. Dinner was good. Rooms were clean and neat. well kept hotel.

ROOM WAS TOO SMALL. Two of us could barely manage. Had a lot of ahssle checking in-booking with Booking.com was messed up- I remeber clearly booking a double room- 2 rooms x2. But at the hotel, it showed single ocupancy. I was forced to pay for extra person. I had asked for (at front desk) one extra bed. It was a very tight squeeze. At extra cost.No free breakfast. But at dinner, the waitress was good, and food quality good. No place for my driver to stay.

The breakfast have a big collection of nice food and the hotel is quite comfortable and basic. Its pricing is reasonable.If you have a tight budget and looking to stay somewhere near electronic city this is a good option it’s a 10-15 minutes drive to electronic city.

They were not able to provide us a baby cot which was a problem because we were traveling with a baby. But we got an extra bed which was ok.Or else nothing much to complain

I opted for A La Carte - and what I ordered was good. Sumptuous and tasty. No issues there.

The room door could have been provided "door bottom sealing strip" - in the room that I stayed there was a large gap between the floor and the door through Cockroaches had the license to enter the rooms and they did. Many times, the room service took their own sweet time to get what the guest wants. Question on service charge: Is it compulsory. To my mind it should not be. Why are you charging? Am also not happy at all that I could not change my duration, which I could do in another hotel when I stayed the last time. Am very unhappy on this count - with Keys select and Booking.com. In fact this probably would prevent me from the staying the next time here.

The hotel rooms were terrible. I had to change my room 3 times. Upon check in I was provided a dirty and used room which was changed to a twin bed room which had a broken chair, no towels, no soap and many other problems. The room was changed again the next night and this room was smelling of cigarette smoke. Overall very poor conditions.

Everything in the hotel needs an upgrade. Overall the stay was not at all comfortable.

Staff charged us for early check in on 7th May and said it wont come in their audit, also breakfast was not great for the money we paid, very less options

Comfortable, clean rooms. They upgraded us to the highest tier on arrival without charging, which was very nice of them. Polite staff. Couldn’t sample the breakfast as we checked out very early in the morning.

Great soundproofing, uncongested space, plenty of room to move around the hotel especially in a city like Bangalore where real estate is a premium. Loved the beds for its firmness, Aircons worked flawlessly, easy to hail Uber rides and there's a convenience store right next door. An adjacent hotel had a restaurant with amazing Hyderabadi Biryani. Great cocktails/mocktails in the bar. Big shout out to Ahmed the Duty Manager who gave us a free room upgrade, gave me expert recommendations on how to get around in Bangalore and took care of all last-minute requests.

Breakfast was ridiculous as we wanted cold cuts, some nice cheese, boiled sausages, soft partially cooked scrambled eggs with veggies and mushrooms, fresh fruit bowl and juices, instead there's an overwhelming selection of South Indian dishes. In all fairness they tried but couldn't get it right until we gave up on breakfast and ordered in from local delis. To our dismay they were sometimes running short on supplies like white bread (for club sandwich) and even coffee on the last day. Furniture, doors and carpets are end of life and time to change. Housekeeping was disappointing as toilets were not cleaned well but then again toilet fittings need an overhaul.
