The Curzon Court Hotel

Room is little dark, Not enough lights for reading, feels uncomfortable. Pillows are uncomfortable.

Good Location

Good location, room was ok, but toilet was not.

toilets quite dirty, found cockroach. Said breakfast on booking but none was provided. I had a friend coming and they had no parking (MG road is very hard to find parking), and they didn't let my visiting friend park their scooter, even though the carpark was empty - I didn't like this at all, not accommodating even though I was staying there for a few days and my friend was only visiting for hours.

The location in Brigade Rd.is great. I had asked for a quiet room and it was very quiet, shops, restaurants, cafe's etc.all within easy wallking distance.Worth mentioning is the in house restaurant which I found very good paying reasonable prices for a meal.Guys at the reception desk were always very friendly and helpful.

I found the way to get the wifi connection a little cumbersome, having to get either a day pass or 3 day pass and a couple of time the given password didn't work. Why not have one master password like in other hotels?

It’s not my first stay in this hotel and, this time, they gave me a room at the back of the building which is very calm, avoiding the noise of brigade road at night. The room has probably been refurbished recently and was very comfortable.

The staff was very rude and had to wait for sometime to get the room after check in time because the cleaning was not complete

Excellent location, but the room was over looking Brigade Road, and the noise was a nuisance till 1 am,

The location is, of course, fantastic. Right in the middle of Brigade Road with direct access to Church Street and the Metro station. The room was very spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. The staff were very nice as well.

Most of the plug points in the room were either not working or were broken, which was a bit disappointing. Also, although the room was quite clean in general, it had a fairly strong smell of chlorine and there were a few tiny roaches near the sink. The telephone wasn't working either when I tried calling reception.

I've read a few bad reviews of this place. I found the staff courteous the room great, particularly for the price, right in the middle of town. I ate in the restaurant three times and the food and service was great (no alcohol, but you can't have everything!). Loads of people, including families staying there and all seemed pretty happy. I recommend it

It was all good. The tv didn't work, but that has been the same in all the hotels I've been in India over the last month. I don't really watch tv

Perfect location in a colourful Brigade street with many shops, restaurant, supermarket, and everything else. Good size 'real hotel' room. Large window. Plenty of good furniture including 2 armchairs and pretty little tabel. Large, comfortable bed. Good bathroom with hot shower, toiletries, large, heavy (bit rough) towels. A/C, fan. Minibar, electric kettle, water, coffee/tea. TV with some English language channels. Not bad WiFi. Lift in the building. Electronic card entry to room. Friendly Reception, accept international bank cards.

Crawling insects, sort of small cockroaches. Ugly toilet seat (see picture). Entry card and WiFi must be reactivated every day.I was going to give them Rating 10.0 but...watch your bank card account for double payments. Suddenly I stayed....twice in the same room on the same day. Before checkout they refunded me without even saying.. sorry.

Clean room, clean toilet, excellent location. Nice staff, smiling and welcoming, quick check in and check out. Didn't take any room service, so can't comment on it. But it was a pleasant stay

The hotel is perfectly located at the exact end of Church street. The value is good for money. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The bad side of the hotel being perfectly located is the noise coming from the busiest heart of Bangalore at night… Generally speaking, this hotel was perfect when I came there ten years ago. Unfortunately, the necessary maintenance has been poorly done and several things are in a bad shape: lose electric plugs, confusing to open safe, damaged toilet seat, etc. However, given the very reasonable price of the rooms versus the good location, it will not prevent me to come again…

Location on Brigade Road, closer to Mg road and metro. Room service boys were kind and good.

Cockroaches, no breakfast and no dining option.

The location was very convenient

1. Cockroaches in the room. 2. International cards not accepted 3. Had to ask for a kettle to heat water. Tea bags were provided but no kettle. 4. AC was very noisy

The location of the property

We need to remind them multiple times for AC and Shower not working. On the first day AC was not working and when reported on the second day it was not rectified and when I came back and reminded them then o my it was rectified. The third night again there was no cooling in the AC

professional behavior of all the staffs

No bathtub as mentioned on the booking website. All the furniture, AC and the mini fridge are run down ones
