Awesome Breakfast & Seasons - the restaurant

Room could have been bigger > the bed ws supposed to be a king size bed but it was much smaller. Would have loved a bigger room . However , it was a well maintained hotel & clean rooms. Good staff. Parking was allright - could have been bigger but one cant exoect a huge parking lot in the heart of the cuty.

Long waiting time at restaurant after ordering a simple sandwich, was 45 mins

Breakfast was satisfactory. Service is slow and concept of very hot water for tea is not really understood.

Reception staff not very helpful with booking restaurants, etc.

Hotel is neat in a good location. Good spread for breakfast.

We had to change rooms within a couple of hours which could have been avoided

Lovely hotel in the city.  Staff couldn't have been more helpful.  Nothing was too much trouble and all requests handled with a smile.  The food was really delicious too. Highly recommend this hotel.

The only feedback for improvement is to sort the damp smell in the bathroom.

Everything was excellent at this hotel. Many pleasant and attentive staff and management in all aspects of the hotel. Breakfast and dining was excellent. Quite street close to town. Good value for money. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Everything as expected. We would have loved some dosa on the breakfast menu. In room dining in my opinion is a tad expensive on the higher side.

Very good centrally located hotel. Staff are very polite and helpful ... from the front doorman to dining area and maintenance, everything done with a smile. Definitely recommend this place.

May be a little pricey , but that may be the industry standard. Pricing should include taxes as you always get a little surprise when checking out (applies to most things when traveling unfortunately)

The bed was comfortable and the room was very big. We had dinner a couple of times at the hotel's restaurant and it was very good. The staff was very helpfull all along our stay.

The breakfast lacked of continental options. Also, the windows of the room were sealed and therefore it was impossible to change the air in the room.

I have been staying here almost all the times I have visited Bengaluru. The location, service, breakfast and staff hospitality has been consistently good.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located on a quiet street away from traffic noise. The personnel are friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves very good Indian cuisine. We wyould not hesitate to stay here again

The food is excellent at this hotel. Fresh and a huge choice. Courteous staff. Very clean. Well-maintained property.

The only negative is the view from the room windows of the very close and rundown building next to the hotel. That was the entire view, so curtains were best left closed.

Liked the property and especially the staff, very helpful, went out of their way to make our trip comfortable, from the reception staff to the room service. Room had all the amenities water, kettle, ironing board, iron, shaving kit etc. Hotel is clean but could do with cleaner carpets in the walkways. Breakfast had a good spread of Indian and continental food. Good variety of food for room service and in the restaurant.

At times wifi is feable and didn’t work. The TV channels are all in Hindi and no international channels. The airport ride was twice expensive.

The staffs are amazing, they really makes our stay great. The location is awesome!

The main main of the hotel is not easy to find and also with many stairs. They are slippery and dangerous to walk,when it is raining,
