Nothing I liked except breakfast

everything ..poor staff, pool was closed. worst location

Breakfast was not included. I chose the hotel due to location. Wedding at a near by venue.

There is no place to pull in the vehicle before checking in. The curved driveway was crowded as I was trying to pull in at night. There was also a vehicle behind me honking, resulting in a frustrated experience. Also, the staff at the front desk was browsing his phone, letting me wait as I was standing to check in. Politeness of front desk personnel can be better.

Took executive suite room for 4N, spacious and clean

Hair dryer was brokenEntire night there were loud noises of furniture and other sounds from upper floors. coffee cups and tray left outside the door was never picked up by housekeeping. very unhygenic

Pleasant

No priori initiation for Non extension to hotel. The reception lady has asked me check out in the last minute. Very much disappointed. I am regular Customers. But no gratitude shown my the reception lady.

The staff were helpful

Wifi did not work. The anti virus software detected the network to be unsafe. TV did not work initially, later it worked. Very inconsistent infrastructure

The front office team specially Mr.Dinesh is super supportive. He always receives with a very happy face. Roof top chef and entire service team are excellent. Highly recommended a hotel stay Svenska.Best Regards,Jagadish Babu

The front office team Mr.Dinesh and Mr.Wasi were really supportive. Very nice staff. Housekeeping boys were very polite and humble. Roof Top chef is really a “”master chef”” Must try their Chinese’s menu.

Room Service entered the room with their key when I was sleeping, there is no privacy and Wifi is very slow, most of the time keeps reconnecting.

The room itself was good and the staff were kinda nice

The pool was dirty and was in no condition to swim you could get maleria from it The gym was smaller then the toiletParking was a joke

Great location, clean and good food.

Nothing really

It's a really comfortable and peaceful place to have a stay. I have been here a couple of times and I have always slept like a dream. Only once there was an issue with the AC in my room and post raising a complaint they upgraded my room for free.

Location is nice. Staffs are excellent.

Wash room tap was broken. Can be bit more clean.

Not recommended at all

Poorly maintained property. Staff is very unprofessional too. The ac was not functioning during day time and at times water wasn’t available in the toilets. Very bad services for the price

AC was not functioning on repeated reminders the room was changed

The food is great and the staffs were helpful

The cleanliness , it could have been better as some part of the room was dusty and also when we entered there was not a very pleasant smells
