I like hygienic & polite behaviour of staff. Location was all fine.

No food service, that's bad part of hotel!!

Got cheated. Booked hotel through booking.com for luxury room near yashwanthpur, But assigned room in sanjay nagar normal hotel. Biggest cheating ever in my bookings. Dirty room, no wifi, no parking, no breakfast. We had to express inconvenience and vacated room immediately. Just occupied hotel because it was 2.00 am while reaching. Worst experience ever.

Cockroaches on the bed as well as the bathThe first room I got had no bathroom mirror, mosquitoes in the room and the AC was not working.After the room change, the cockroaches were there, bathroom mirror was askew. The towels were like plastic. non absorbent cheap quality.

Ac remote not working. Not repaired itspite of complaintsNo provision of tea making set, only kettle. When asked was replied that its not available. If you have grievance complain to treebo.

Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm. Overall, I had a great experience with the (HN); staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service.

The stay was pleasant and the interior lighting and all fixtures were working properly and all facilities were available. The room & washroom was neat, clean & hygienic.

AC, lighting was proper. Hotel each ear was clear. Room service was prompt. Food quality was good.

Great experience. Ambience was well maintained. Staff was well groom and attentive. Extended support received from Manager.

Nothing except elevator⁹

Whole room was filthy , bath towel was reddish .unclean and tanny..Floor mat floor evrything looked like uncleaned...worst part was blanket sheet which was muddy and ages old.Tried conveying the same to fecility staff..he refused to change the pillow cover also..Very bad experience

Nothing at all. Worst hotel in whole Bangalore.

Had extremely bad experience during the stay.. the staff over there were not at all supportive, very rude and didnt respond properly to anything. the hotel was not clean at all even basic facilities were not provided. Especially the working boys over there acted as manager of the hotel and replied very rudely and unpolite manner. There was no food in the hotel and for every concern they were simply answering to contact Treebo support staff and get your issue resolved we cannot do anything. With the kind of service i will never stay nor will recommend to stay at this RR Residency Hotel in Bangalore also unlikely to use Treebo in future. Had worst experience ever. they were not accepting my booking asking to contact treebo and then we will provide room, had to fight with them for getting room that i booked and also paid advance. They were asking to do whatever you want cancel your booking and rudely said that this is the way they run their hotel and business doesnt matter to them. I recommend serious action against the working staff and this hotel. Bathroom necessities were not provided not even towel and forced to check out at the earliest. I felt highly disrespected with such rude kind of behavior. The serving boys were like I am the Manager of this hotel, who are not even able properly speak.

Location, room and staff was good but needs improvement in cleaning

Rooms were not cleaned properly, some cigarette smell was coming, intially, towels were not provided but when asked for they have given some old torn towel

Room is spacious and bathroom is clean. It is located at a good place.

There were bed bugs. Thanks to these bugs, I now have severe allergies and I am under medication.

The location was okay for us because it took 30 minutes to reach the college we were visiting.

The room was congested we were literally suffocating in there. It showed resturant in the site at the time of booking but no, and to watch the TV there was no battery and we even gave the guy batteries but he didn't show up after that we were so tired so didn't felt like calling the guy back.Staffs were not at all helpful. To be honest the property was not worth the money.

Located in very remote place.Very difficult to find out.Amenities offered were not actually present.Paid extra for breakfast but the timings are not good. Could not provide breakfast for oneday.

This property is realy bad ,it is in Oyo and treebo staffs are very rude i reached the hotel in the morning when I reach there as per google location I couldn't find this hotel after lot of search and continues calls atlast reached in hotel that time I understood hotel is in both Oyo and treebo with diffrent rates ,from the first behaviour of staff i decided not to stay and left
