The location was very convenient for me, the staff were nice, the hotel was comfortable and good value for money.

Nothing too bad, the hotel is a bit old but it was what I expected from the pictures. Overall it's good value for money and the description was accurate.

The Room was kept clean and the employees were amazing, always ready to help and always with serve with a smile.

Very sweet and kind staff, patient and welcoming. They were prompt with everything. The food was exceptional and the foyer restaurant was outstanding as well. Clean and we'll kept rooms.

The bathroom had a terrible sounding exhaust, was like a jet engine taking off everytime we switched it on. We could even hear the exhaust fans from all the other rooms in the night as well. The AC had no controlling feature to regulate the temperature, had to switch it off.

Cozy rooms. They gave twin beds as requested.

The hotel number is not correct in Google. So, there was no way to reach out to them after the booking. They should maintain better hygiene. The bedding was not very clean. Towels were very old.

Worst hotel experience ever

We booked room for 2nights, well we had a very amazing experience that we checked out the 2nd night itself, first of all the room was nice, but still toiletries items was very few, and the main thing is the experience we had to go through by the room service. We ordered food in the room, so the guy who brought us food was creepy and kept looking at us sleaziily. This happened multiple times and forced us to vacate the premises before the specified time. The staff at their restaurant also had a similar attitude, specifically the lady who was doing her shift during lunch hours, she kept shouting at the rest of the staff and was not helpful at all during our time at the restaurant. Overall it was an aweful experience we had at the hotel. We would advise people to stay away from this particular hotel.

Everything, we checked in as a family. We booked through booking.com app. The rooms were unclean. Fridge was not working, as I needed to store my medication in the fridge so called reception, the staff told we will fix it tomorrow. flush of the toilet was not working through out our stay, we need to lift the tank cover and manually pull the plug. The soap dispenser came off in the hand when wanted to use it. The bathrooms were stinking with peculiar sewage smell. We booked executive Club room which are the most expensive in tariff. The toilet’s exhaust was making loud noise through out the night. Linen of the beds were stained with red marks, and it was filthy. Towels were very old and dirty and had black and yellow stains.. The corridors were stinking with cigarette smoke. Carpets were very dirty , looked like never hoovered. Breakfast was not good. Tables in the breakfast room were dirty and left uncleaned.plates, cups, glasses were stained, TV was working .

Booking.com said room with 2 queen beds but that configuration doesn’t exist. They offered a room with 2 twins for 4 people :( after asking again they gave a room with one king and 2 twin mattress on the floor, as the room size was big it worked out. WiFi doesn’t work at all, had to ask for password over and over, Couldn’t check out on time as their credit card machine won’t work and reason they have was internet is not working.

Location is very convenient, we had meeting at WeWorks Prestige, it was 1 minute walking distance. Also, lot of shopping area around.

They double charged rent for the room on my credit card and when highlighted this point to reception staff, they said that they will refund it to my bank at a later date.

Brcause i chek in 6.30 pm they didnt mentioned mechek out on 12.. i stay little time they argue for half day payment

Hotel wasn't honest regarding payment. They asked for my credit card saying that they will charge it on check out day but they charged full mount on the day I booked the hotel. I called and spoke with them but they didn't give me satisfactory answer. It didn't leave good impression.

Staff were very helpful . Good location, very close to commercial St shopping precinct.

Inconsistency between rooms in terms of things working or present. Some rooms appear dated.

I only like the 2 young gents and 1 young lady working there during the day at the reception ....they were very kind and helpful

I was really disappointed by one old man working in the reception at night...his services to the guests are very poor ...i took us more than 40min to check in and we already booked it online ...more than 30min to check out...i mean for the hotels o always booked i always have easy time checking in and out but im this hotel it was really disappointing.Talking of housekeeping staff, i would say i really don't like the way they kept knocking at the door every now and then even after putting a do not disturb sign because we were really tired we wanted to rest but they kept on knocking toa point of even opening the door without our permission ..that was really embarrassing .you don't just open the hotel room unauthorized and people are inside ..you have to respect their privacy...It was really different from what we expected and what we saw online ...totally different from what you get physically

The receptionist didn't assist me regarding the payment from booking.com. I booked around first week of September thru booking.com, they used my CC for pre-auth, they said they will not charge it. But after a few days, it was credited on my account and a confirmation came that my booking was already confirmed. So I thought I paid it already.Upon my check-in they told me that i need to pay, but i told them it was already charged on my account, and they said i need to pay for the room and just contact the booking.com.I was double charge!Trying to contact booking.com but there is no phone number or email.

Rooms are average with porous walls, so we couldn't sleep properly due to loud guests in the next room at 12 midnight. The beds are old and not comfortable. Overall a passable hotel.
