Room, service, food

The pleasing service provided by the staff at Restaurant, specific to mention: Ms. Sonali, Ms. Sevanthi & Ms. Nisarga.The staff at Reception and the Bar were very appealing too.

Room Service & Replenishing.Had to argue with Room Service for bottle of water !

It was more better to book a Lodge instead of paying 7000 bucks. Such poor quality facilities and poor communication staffs. On top of that no support to the guests

Staff were friendly

Too bouncy, 409 beds caused back problems.

Nice breakfast. Rooms with bathtubs. Great staff. Well organized. Mostly clean rooms and bathrooms.

Bad location. You have to walk for 10 minutes to get an auto. Even there the auto drivers ask for exhorbitant sums for short distances. Room service was pricey.

location is absolutely terrible , getting a cab/auto was painful .hotel is sooo deep into the inroads that any mainroad is a 1km walk .

rooms are dim lit. wasnt really clean, there were weird lip marks on the windows i still have pics of the same .staff was courteous tho but hotel lacked facilities. waterbottle chargeable. location terrible its deep into inroads and far from main road.

Foods was severed quickly.

No Fan in the Room , Air-conditioner was too slow.Room Temperature was felt Hot .

Hotel is very good condition . Staff cooperation was excellent. Food quality was good and nice service. Overall good experience

Decent location and well connected to Whitefield.

The attitude of staff,they are telling a indian citizen what r rules n regulations . majorly not a couple friendly hotel ..once u get stuck .there they don't even refund the money ..they want u change the user name and email according to u r name....it's totally embarrassing and worst experience and they notify to booking .com about the nonsense they do to you ...very much racism , religious discrimination so kindly take note to what religion u belong ..

Nothing is good abt the property

Cockroaches in bed,Rude/unfriendly staff,Weird rules (no food/guests in rooms)Begging to buy food from their restaurant Over charging while paying moneyAnd telling me to change in money box to return the balance of fundsValet parking guy sitting and playing over phone rather than doing his job.

Room and cleaniness

Dont give additional money than the bill ,if u r giving it the staff will put the money in there on pocket....Staffs where not polite in the reception area

Very clean and quiet rooms. Excellent customer service and very good protocol with covid. Gopi was great in attending to the special requests.

Location is great with a clean and quiet environment around. The rooms are spacious and clean as well.

Clean and peaceful.. Good bed.. Good room. Staff are nice and a comfortable stay.

WiFi - It allows to connect only 2 devices at a time. If there are 2 people in the room and have at least two devices each (Phone and a laptop) then its difficult. Extra connections available on chargeable basis. Bit disappointing. No proper eateries around.. Only road side vendors available.

Food wasn’t that good. The washbasin and TV wasn’t working when we took the room. Later the staff repaired it.
