Bloom Hotel - HAL Old Airport Road

Very clean and well organised. Value for money and well located. Multiple dining options available both within the premises and in the immediate vicinity. Special mention for Mr. Ranjit who was very professional and attentive.

Cleanliness and location

Some fowl smell in the washroom was always there.

Location only plus nothing else

The rooms were unclean, bathrooms were poorly maintained zero ventilation and very unclean wont recommend for family

The team is excellent at this Bloom, we had some reservation errors and they kindly accommodated the changes we requested. The room is basic but clean and comfortable, immaculate bathrooms and comfy beds.

Nothing much, breakfast is a bit expensive but there are several places to eat around the hotel.

The bright colour, hot water to shower and spacious

Toilet tissue was hard to get. 3 people were occupying the room and they only provided cups, water etc for two

They did not have my reservation, they sold out the hotel , I don’t stay there those days. They did not help me to find another hotel so I had to deal with that on my own, although I had stayed 3 days prior.

Clean and cozy rooms. Location is a big plus. Hospitals and great restaurants right around the corner.

Less space to park. Rooms are tiny compared to the price paid. Though stay was comfortable, it may not be bang for the buck.

Staffs we're very friendly, very helpful..the whole property was well maintained nd cleaned

They serve break fast only who were in the list ,and ask for even alacarte from the restaurant told tht if served it might not be enough for the in-house given list.rest all was good

Economical and tidy.

There was a metal strip attached to the curtain which made loud noises during the night, making it difficult to sleep.

helpful and friendly staff, clean and comfortable

Tidy and spacious

They are collecting whole family members full details including phone numbers .not safe to provide full members contact , adaar and signature etc including ladies members of family

Dissappointing

The first room I was allotted smelt stale. The window could not be opened. I was shown two other rooms instead - but both stank, due i think to a problem with the bathroom drain. As I checked in late in the evening, i had no choice but to stay in the original room allotted for the first night. They did change the room for the second night and were apologetic - but the WC kept making a noise throughout the night, and the room was noisy (it was located next to Reception on the Ground Floor). Breakfast on the second day was awful - and after waiting for 20 minutes in an empty Cafe for my dish, I gave up and had breakfast at the Cafe across the road. The Manager was very apologetic and helpful. But it was a very dissappointing stay. Not sure I will use Bloom again.

This was my second stay.Location is convenient for me.Room was good and spacious.

1) Got stuck in the bathroom for over an hour due to malfunctioning of lock. A very very traumatic experience in the costliest room of the hotel. Not expected at all. 2) Informed about late checkout during check-in. Was assured about room for an extra payment of 1200/-. We readily agreed. Confirmed about it even on the day before checkout. Shockingly, was literally thrown out on the day of check out on the pretext that room was already booked.Wanted to pay for another room, but was refused.Never felt more harassed and let-down in life.

Attentive n friendly staff. Our requests were attended promptly.Rooms were cleaned on daily basis.Quite n safe location.

Good staff.

Washroom shower and bath area which not satisfactory. Shower is not placed in the right outlet leading to only hot water available in it. In spite of requesting they did not want to change which is just a simple work for the plumber. Moreover while bathing water flows across to the closet area and almost fills half of the washroom.

Noisy place

The noise was more in the rooms. Could hear all the outside noise. Need to improve sound proofing.

Room was spacious. Location was very central and 10 minutes away from Indira Nagar making it very easy to access all cafes, restaurants and pubs. Staff was very efficient. Overall great value for money.

Best hotel i stayed in india so far. new good quality furniture, bathroom. Friendly stuff - checked me in at 1 am ...find a rickshaw, evrything was smooth and pleasent. Thank you for a great stay!
