Water pressure in the toilet. It takes more than 1/2 an hr for a proper bath !

We requested an early check-in but were disappointed to receive our room at 5 PM due to unavailable cleaning staff. Would a late checkout be met with similar flexibility?

Rooms though smaller, were looking good

Bathrooms could have been better. They are small but also not clean. There was a bad odor smell in the bathroom all the time

The beds are too soft. As a person who is accustomed to beds on the harder side, i had a little difficulty with these really soft beds.

Stay was comfortable with Bloom Hotel club road and all staff was friendly and service was amazing and I would like to mention one name Divy Prakash Singh her service was amazing and so thank u bloom.

Extremely, clean room. great price point

the bathroom lighting could have been better.there was no water barrier in the shower area. all the water from the shower area flowed out into the dry area.this needs to be rectified

The prompt response to the requirements but no solutions.

- The pungent smell from the toilets. - No basic amenities provided until asked for.- Chat service which I used referred me to contact the reception. Why do you have the chat service then?- Lighting falling from the ceiling in the washroom. - Smaller room compared to what is referred to.

Comfortable clean room

Not my best experience, before even arriving the hotels booking.com account was hacked and I received numerous identical phishing messages, despite sending several messages and emails to bloom (and booking.com) the weeks that followed the visit I got no reply from the hotel.As for the actual stay, the first night I was placed in room 001 which is basically attached to reception so I was woken up by the noise of people chatting to the receptionist (and what sounded like a conference call in the morning).To their credit they moved me to a much nicer room the second night but that landed up having no hot water, I reported this multiple times and they kept saying it would be fixed "in 5 minutes". Eventually, the next morning someone came to have a look and sort it out. They have a handy web chat that lets you request things but when I requested an iron I received one that didn't fit any of the plugs. When I let them know it took them about half an hour to bring up a adapter.

A new property, the freshness & pricing was very promising. The staff was also eager to listen to every suggestion & fulfill all requests as best as possible. The room was large & comfortable. The services were good as well.

As I write this review, the pricing has shot up by about 30%. It is disappointing to see such a steep hike within such a short period of time. Were it not for this hike, I'd surely love to stay at Bloom each time.

Everything about this hotel was spot on. We were upgraded on a lower floor, as the elevator was not working and our original room was on the higher floor. No complaints
