Aiden by Best Western Hennur Bengaluru

Room design and provision of room amenities were well thought through and nicely placed. This is a compact & cute hotel with well appointed rooms, nice touches here and there and delivering on better value. Bed quality & comfort is very good. Breakfast spread, though limited, was very delicious. Menu was curated smartly. Overall, a nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Staff are very courteous and helpful at any time.

Front office staff knowledge & level of interaction with guests needs to be improved. I had requested to meet the manager to discuss a price issue but he sent his assistant instead to deal with me.

Its a nice, peaceful botique property. The room size is good with all amenities. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet spread is also decent and food quality is good too. I had a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Amazing experience at the Aiden. Staff were so friendly and helpful, they resolved issues immediately and courteously. Breakfast was diverse and tasty. Location was peaceful and serene, but close to plenty of shops and restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay.

Nothing comes to mind. I had a great stay.

Courteous staff always willing to serve with a smile and prompt. Overall cleanliness is very good. Room decor is decent for the value.

An onsite bar would have been nice.

Courteous staff. Comfortable room. Quiet.Included breakfast was very good.

Remote location. Bad roads needed to navigate to get to hotel.

I was so comfortable and happy about staying Aiden by Best Western Hennur Bengaluru. Cleanliness and neatness in the whole property really speak of great attention to detail. The food, really, was amazing in every way. The various choices were really delectable, and the hotel itself kept Western standards, making the atmosphere even more welcoming in an elegant and comfortable sense. The staffs were very helpful and attentive, always wanting to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a clean, stylish, and hospitable place to stay.

Property was clean. Staff enthusiastic but require more training. Breakfast choices are good.

Rooms are cramped. Noise from adjoining rooms highly intrusive and disturbing. Staff need training. I noticed that room charges are different according to the guest. I paid about rupees 6000 per night whereas two walk ins paid 5000 and 4000 respectively. That’s not done!

The location was central. The room was neat and clean. The staff were very courteous.

I was expecting a larger room size.

Location was good. USP of the hotel for me was pantry area within room with microwave and induction. Excellent breakfast. Good toiletries.

It met our needs and was close to the wedding function we had to attend.

The breakfast spread was too less. They could improve on it. Some of the front desk executives were not well versed in English. The location is not ideal although it satisfied our needs. There is construction going on around and hence lot of mosquitoes outside. They were not inside the hotel.

Cleanness, bathroom amenities, comfortable big room and bed, TV and supportive staff. Breakfast choices.

Location far for my purpose. No much activities around yet. Restaurant's prices bit higher for 1 person as a 3star hotel but food nice.

Staff is always great here. Would stay again.

Gym is a small, thankfully no one else was using it while I was in there.

Excellent quality and value and great service from the reception staff, and super comfortable beds! Very clean and great wifi.

Breakfast options were a bit sparse, some extras could be ordered but would have been useful to have a menu with all of those extra options to make it easier to know what was available.

Well maintained.Clean hotelFriendly staffValue for money

Food could be betterLocation is a bit remote

Clean, fast service decent though limited food Free tea / coffee in Restaurant for staying guestsVery young energetic and at times inexperienced staff at times very good at times lacking

The location is in a new area...no shops or restaurants in a walkable area.No alcohol at the hotel ...BYOBFront desk not able to take decisions for most everything they need to talk to manager and revert usually with not possible

Everything clean and well maintained. Being a new property perhaps, bathroom and other amenities were in good condition. Hope they maintain in future too. The breakfast spread too was good and the staff are very pleasing and courteous.

Slightly on bad roads to access.

Can’t think of anything.

Super clean rooms And Well equipped rooms with ample space and lighting. Everything looks rather new and well maintained. Friendly staff- they were quick to assist with all our requests and were approachable Comfortable beds

The hotel doesn't have much around. A bit barren and the breakfast could be better.

Very warm welcome from staff any time of the day. Half an hour drive with Uber from/to airport was about 8 EUR, as we were traveling light. Everything was clean. I really like the bathrom with the shower.

The area around is still in development as whole Bangalore, so just ordered an Uber and got where we wanted.

Warm and responsive staff , exceptionally clean and tastefully modern design
