The property is good and located conveniently

If you arrive early and ask for a check in , they ask for a full day tariff . The concierge staff is rude The start calling 30 mins before check out to vacate your room even if they are not running full occupancy

The room was well furnished. The premises were excellently maintained. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of dishes.

Of late we don't much see french toast which is one of our favourites. We wish it was available for breakfast.

Rooms are very spacious, clean, and well equipped. Breakfast is excellent. In room dinner was also beyond expected very well served on time, tasty a little pricey but worth it.

In the last two trips nothing disappointed me

Nothing went well Unclean room and bed. No hot water. Bad room service.

Location

Food is pathetic and the rooms are dirty . Just a clean to toilet and bedsheet doesn't mean your rooms are clean . What you charge for isn't worth even a penny . The management had spoilt the place

The y treating us badly and with no respect. At night outsiders knocking and people from outside coming to 7th floor through stairs. When reported no staff came to support

The staff from front Desk manager was talking unprofessionally

Location was convenient. Breakfast on day 1 & 2 was good.

Lights in the room not working properly. I was not given the room that i had chosen. I was told that they have upgraded me, but the terrace room felt more like a downgrade. The water from bathroom floor was leaking all over the bathroom. The furniture and bathroom fixtures had a worn-out look.

I was very disappointed, the hotel is in need of an upgrade, staff were unhelpful at best. No alcoholic drinks at all, n

The service was terrible most of the male senior staff were either rude or arrogant or both, and simple did not care, the bar is closed no alcoholic drink or even a decent coffee

Beautiful building with luxurious marble floors on levels 10 and 11. Outstanding restaurant. Good access to the airport.

Insufficient hot water

the breakfast was great but thats it. The hotel is fine for 3 stars. However, for the price of the rooms this was a very disappointing stay.

Showers flooded, beds are uncomfortable, and the location is not great for international travelers. Though it is not too far by taxi to 8 Feet Road.

It was good hotel but quality of house is very bad , bedspread and mattress and pillow for smelling

According to the booking confirmation, the room was supposed to be charged to my credit card one day in advance in Indian Rupees (INR), ensuring that the exchange rate would be determined by my bank. However, the hotel charged my card in Euros, applying a less advantageous exchange rate. I find this practice dishonest and contrary to the terms of my reservation.I attempted to obtain reimbursement for the difference through Booking.com but was unsuccessful. It is a clear violation of the booking agreement that the hotel, rather than my bank, took the exchange commission. Despite my repeated efforts, I am still waiting for the reimbursement of the difference—now over six weeks!

We really like the food and the Service from the staff

The rooms and the furniture look dated. There were electrical lamp fittings that we're sticking out. Cleanliness in the rooms and bathrooms were not up to 5 star standards.

Fantastic location for where we needed to be. Unassuming five star hotel. Not very modern, could use overhaul, but still nice to stay. Price wise it is one of cheapest five stars, but for us location is everything.

Amazing rooms, squeaky clean and very spacious. Also the food being served is really tasty. Amazing culinary treat from the chef as well, exceptional food.

Ac in the room was not working even after calling facilities and they said the temperature will automatically reduce but nothing happened
