Quality of service has gone down compared to my previous experience with the same location. Been staying at this location for several years on my trip to Bengaluru, this is the first trip not satisfied

Location Staff Cleanliness

Bathroom really small with towel rack above the toilet seat. Shower water flows out into the bathroom floor.

Prime location of shopping, restaurants, pure cotton clothes, jewellery and organic products of India. Breakfast is very good and healthy. Nice room with balcony. Value for money, you can do the 6pm check out with 50% room rate payment

I need extra mobile shower in the shower room however it is a minor issue here

Amazing cleanliness, I really liked the minibar setup and menu options. I loved the morning breakfast options and quality. I also appreciated having a good restaurant with easy access below the hotel for lunch and dinner. The room had great facilities and the beds were really comfortable.

Excellent Location, near market and the restaurants, near local shopping center especially Fab India shop, just cross the road,Late check out before 6pm they charge only half price of one night, value for money

I was Accompanied by a roach in the bathroom. Gufa restaurant is a good place but is an over priced place.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and I am very pleased with my experience. The hotel offers everything I need, and the staff is excellent. Most importantly, the location is wonderful. The area is peaceful and features nice restaurants, coffee shops, and a variety of stores. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again next time.

I stayed here in this hotel several times over the years and ois located in a great area

Room standard has deteriorated and we had to change rooms thrice due to choked sink drains and foul smell.

Clean and patience of the staff

Breakfast menu can be little diff almost everyday same menu , we stayed for one week and eating same breakfast was boring

Location is great, quite but posh area. Walkable distance to various eateries and shopping areas. Clean rooms and well mannered staffs, as expected from a group of starred hotel.

Booking.com says 24 hours check-in and check-out meaning anytime check-in and check-out. However, at hotel they insist that you check out at 12 noon. Beyond 12, upto 6 PM they charge half day room rent and after 6 PM full day rent. I booked specifically for the 24 hour option. But I had to pay extra money. This is fraud. There is an option to select bed size. I selected king size. But the actual bed was a normal double bed.

Food in the restaurants (specially rooft top restaurant) was bit spicy.

The breakfast was excellent. I kept saying how it beats anything in the west. Especially, the so-called "Continental Breakfasts" of western hotels and chains. The location was very central to the events we went for. Also, we were able to have access to various types of businesses in the immediate locale.

Maybe it was me, but I assumed that there would be queen size beds in the room category that I chose. It should be clear and obvious. It was not the most comfortable thing sleeping on what even seemed tinier than a twin bed. Even though there were two of such beds, there should be a room in the same category with a queen-sized bed, as opposed to two twin beds. Again, maybe I overlooked it or booked in error. But just in case, it should be worth noting this for future bookings.

The breakfast was excellent. Many choices to satisfy any palate. The staff was always helpful and friendly.

there was a drilling noise in middle of the day and in evening which caused disturbance to my stay
