Service by the staff at breakfast and cleaning room. Excellent.

This hotel is trying to make on foreign exchange rate. The used a rate of --- rupees for 1 dollar instead of --. They need to focus on service and hospitality and not work in the foreign exchange business. Disappointing considering none of the hotels ever.

Definitely the staff, very hospitable, always helpful and the food was fantastic. Plenty of places to see around the hotel, great food, I booked this hotel again for my next trip to Bangalore City.

Location close to major attractions

Breakfast food average. Not ITC hotel quality.

Breakfast was awesome.Room was spacious and clean.Beds were comfortable

A/C temperature couldn't be controlled and multiple visits were required by technician to fix. So, for 3 days I had to struggle a bit due to uncontrollable temperatures

Breakfast, location, room amenities were all great.

There were repeated problems in the access card and it had to be recoded few times. Also, we faced a security issue on our card and card had to be blocked.

When I book hotel the rate was around 500 usd and i guss that it s including breakfast after payment I recognize breakfast not including and payment was around 700-800 USD. I selected hotel because of breakfast and suitable price but the end I so dissopointed.

The food was perfect and they prepare food as per order of client no such spicy food. Arpitha was the best person , she is so hospitalities and wish you to achieve her goals .Thanks to all personal of hotel they are so nice and friendly.

I like everything about the proeprty whether it be room cleanliness, house keeping staff, breakfast, staff at front desk, gatekeeper. everything was really good about the hotel.

i like everything just keep up the hospitality and never ever compromise on the quality of food, and hyginet. The hotel was very well maintained.

Location

There was a constant stench of drainage in the room especially the bathroom used to start stinking all of a sudden. Room phone wasn’t working as well.

bath room water do not flow. staff at the front desk are careless. not courteous and not attentive, chatting them selves most of the time

All the staff (front desk personnel, housekeeping, restaurant, etc... ) is young, friendly, proactive, and highly supportive.

Ample space in the room; but the furniture requires updating.

Great location of the property. The hotel was clean. Staff was cordial and accommodating.

Gym area could be improved.

The location is good. The staff was quick to resolve any issues and helpful. The breakfast options were quite limited but decent enough. They say it is only till 10.30 AM, but by 9 itself most of the items were out. But staff were helpful. Safe location.

The price paid for rooms is quite high compared to other similar hotels around the place. The rooms are quite old and dated. The curtains were very dirty, TV was not working, cups kept for coffee/tea were not clean. The blanket was quite small for two people.

Its an old property and needs a lot of renovations but said if you are looking for a work related stay with decent linen and clean bathrooms then you can definitely stay here
