- Not a good experience
- Excellent staffs at the location. Gladwin, Vignesh and Jameer were too good. They were very caring, great respect and always checks with us if they can do anything to make our experience better. Jameer in cafeteria is great because his patience in refiling the food and any request to serve is well taken and delivered without any hesitation.
- The room is very spacious and comfortable for stay with family.Good value for money,,the staff is friendly and courteous, great customer service. The buffet breakfast is good and tasty. The food in general is very good.Very pleasant stay and it was our second time.Great location in the heart of the city
Cons -
- The location is in a dingy small lane and there is no parking or space to come out. The staff are very rude. And they canceled our booking on the day we arrived
- Room is much bigger however the AC is pretty old and it takes a significant amount of time for the entire room to get cooled. It would be great if the AC is replaced with latest version to better suit the room.

Location was good. Staff was good.
Room did not have toiletries and breakfast menu was not good.
Breakfast was amazing, cleanliness was how I expected. Rooms were big and super comfy.
Located in a serene, cool place amidst palm trees. The room was very spacious and like a suite room. The food ordered to the room was warm and tasty. All basic amenities were provided.Located in the centre of the city near Sony world signal and hence convenient to go to different places.Staff was very helpful and cooperative.Overall pleasant stay.
Items usable in the rest room like basic soap, brushing kit etc to be included and hygiene of the bathrooms can be further improved.
Location perfect- Right in the city center, Room was spacious and clean , Good breakfast , Food from the restaurant was really good and served hot. Service is good.
Nothing much. Only once the staff asked if they can show our room to an other guest but we declined it . Everything else was good.
The location is great and the staff is generally quite helpful. The room was also as as per expectations and quite big. The breakfast options was very very limited but taste wise ok. Room service food quality was also ok.
The pictures were a bit misleading as it seemed that it is a service apartment with kitchen facilities included but it wasn't. The room I stayed in was quite old, including the different stuff kept in it. The air conditioning was not up to the mark at all and was a very old unit. The cupboard was also quite old.
Yes the breakfast was good. We liked the location a lot
We wish there was more furniture in the room. Like a chair or sofa. Even though we checked in at 10pm we had to check out two days later at 11am.. we wasn’t comfortable.
Nothing..... Starting from brkfast to the end every thing was patheticPeopleValue for moneyStaffServicesLocationFacilitiesNever go with loved ones like family or wife.. Staff fighting with guests

Clean, spacious rooms. Extremely courteous and helpful staff. Excellent in-house restaurant that serves delicious, great value dishes. Excellent Location. 3 minute walk for a mall and eateries like Taco Bell, KFC etc. Overall, it’s amazing value
Wi-Fi was spotty and unreliable.
Very helpful, courteous and pleasant staff.Spacious room, comfortable clean stay. Though limited in choice, they serve delicious breakfast. Good location and easy to commute.
