Small rooms which is not as per cost, balcony no use for 1202,

The location

The staff.. they r not trained and there are lot of hidden charges randomly quoted by the receptionist. Infact they charged me for executive suite but gave us another cheaper category room. When confronted they literally had no answer. When we wanted to confirm about the price for extending the room for a day, they quoted a different price on inquiry and different and infact higher price during billing. After asking for break up of the bill they had no answer for the extra 700 rupees.

The hotel staff are good.

I had a fight with local residents of the nearby apartment because they had a shared swimming pool with the same apartment.What I believe is that the Lemon tree should be responsible for any issues with the gated community people and they should solve it internally without targeting the guests who stay at the hotel.

The location is perfect if you wish to stay in Whitefield, pick a suite if you are staying with family and you really feel at home. The service of staff like Nithyanand and Divyashree , housekeeping staff like Mousumi needs appreciation.

The place is clean and beautiful. The room is spacious and clean with new furniture. The bathroom is fully equipped and clean. The air conditioning works well. The location is excellent. Breakfast is delicious. The dining area is well organized with a wide variety of food and very good taste.

Location. Value for money

I had all meals included in the booking. While checking in I specifically asked the staff if it included in room dining as well. They said it was included. However, they charged for it while check-out.

Staff did not deal well with the payment, they charged me twice for booking. Then waited to get the refund

Clean, comfortable. Staff were friendly. Variety of choices for breakfast and dinner, not just Indian food.

Varieties satisfying all right from fruits, south and north type of items, very clean, juices and staff eyes watching needs of guests and responding on mere eye exchanges.

Excellent location with exceptionally friendly staff. They were consistently helpful and went the extra mile to ensure I felt comfortable and welcome. I’m already looking forward to my next stay.

Quality of food is average

Clean n spacious rooms, polite staff, good food menu for vegetarians, cafe and spacious seating area. Silent area away from main road.

Hotel was the best

I stayed with my wife for four days in the last week of January in the hotel. Stay was comfortable.Service provided was very good. Ananta and Nityanand of FB were helping and caring. While appreciating the display of their smiling behavior and service extended to the guests, I wish them well.

Amazing location and great ambience

Worst breakfast I ever had in such a hotel.Puri and Vada had black spots on them, which means the oil is reused multiple times. Dosa batter might be old, tasted sour. Not many options for foreigners. I pity them.Swimming pool, though I didn't use it, looks like it is shared between hotel and Vaswani apartment next to it

Great facilities amazing staff great food

Food in the restaurant is average. Hotel needs better chefs and more restaurants staff.

Reception should be more cordial. Lobby is small. Bar is not adequately addressed.

The location is great with multiple eateries around. The staff is also very supportive and helpful

The bathroom had an issue where water would take forever to drain out. The food was not great.

It was spacious and neat

There was a New Year’s party organised in the hotel lawns. The noise level in the rooms was unbearable which made the stay uncomfortable

The staff.They are always smiling and happy to help. Especially I should mention the Chef and his colleagues at the restaurant.

I booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms had some smell, which was quite intense, and we could not figure out what it was. Probably damp, not sure, though
