Priceline email confirmation says I have paid in full. They said, they didn¿t receive the funds & I have to pay again at the counter. Priceline shows it as 3-star hotel. This is worst hotel, it doesn¿t have good rooms, it doesn¿t have minibar or firepl

The room was spacious and reception people offered kind, good & timely support.

Rooms are not well maintained bathroom fittings are old just a budget hotel

Worst stay ever. Bed was so old and not clean. Towel bathroom everything was dirty and very old. A/c was not working properly

Location is on the bus stand. So you feel like you sleeping in the bus stand with continuous 24 hours free honking and disturbance

Facilities in the room was not good. I took room for 2nites bed spread not been changed bath towel not provided for next day. Restuart not available but seprate inline provided. Drinking water charged extra on the second day.Hence not recommand this hotel to anyone

Hotel is ok mid budget type. Cannot expect facilities. it is more of a stop over place to rest for the night. Bus stand is besides the hotel so you can avail bus travel around the city and airport

Too busy street cannot cross the roads. Hotel lift does not work all the time. bed linen pull over quilt and bed had stains. Toiletries are sparingly given. Bath towels need to be freshly procided

Car parking was very small and uncomfortable to park. The bed and pillow were too hard that gave me neck pain. Doesn’t deserve the price that is offered.

Room didn’t have natural light. Broken toilet seat. Stayed for 7 days but nobody came to clean the room

Hygiene 0% , not recommended for families . Only for bachelors or business trips guys can manage .

Only silver lining about the hotel is its location

The bathroom was very bad, toilet did not flush, corridor had cigrette smoking smell.Definitely not recommended for couples or family stay. Not worth the money.

Worst experience for families

Reception guy sitting over there is horrible. Very poor communication and arranged 2 single rooms for a family and is not in a position to change. worst hotel I have ever seen.

Location is perfect. Rooms were clean. No disturbance at all. Staff at reception were helpful. Onboarding was swift. Affordable.

Room services can be better. Not all amenities advertised initially were provided. AC could be more chilling. Swipe card need not be daily re-registrated.

Staff cleaned my room in my absence, without even prior informing me. This is highly not appreciated. I had 2 of my Macbooks kept, not acceptable in a hotel such big and reputed as such. Lastly I had to speak to the manager about this. Receptionists was also very rude on this matter, no manners how to talk to a woman. Apart from this issue, it was a very pleasant stay.

I didn't like anything

The price was quite high but the services and facility were just not upto the mark. The ac was not at all working, and room was super unhygienic. Towels were having stains, that any one just cannot use. Washroom was filthy and it was not cleaned after being used by the previous customer. The room that i booked through app was still better, but the staff in the reception lied about upgrading our room to deluxe but instead handed us a poorer conditioned room.

Its in a very busy area. Lot of disturbances due to traffic honkings. Wash room was not up to the mark needs to have heavy cleaning in there. Reception intercom not working. Wifi too poor. Ironing facility not available.
