Location, comfort and convenience. Staffs were polite. Breakfast buffet was wonderful.

The staff were considerate and the restaurant and breakfast area staff were very friendly and cordial.

We booked 2 rooms and in one of the rooms the AC thermostat didn't work and was condensing and making the sheets wet. It made one of us quite sick and asked for help from room service who did promptly try to dry up the sheets. But what they should have done is immediately change the room. The next morning when we were already running high temperature with fever, the front desk tells us that the house keeping never informed them. So, we lost very important 3 days of our 5 day trip to Bangalore. I don't think we will be staying at the Taj anymore.

Exceptional... That's the only word comes to my mind. The stay was wonderful. Rooms are very neat and clean. The staff were so polite and helpful. We had no issues at all. Everything was taken care off. Chef. Rashi and chef. Mishel at their restaurant Palette were wonderful. They took time to talk to us about the cuisine and and even gave my 7yr old a chef hat. He was so happy. Thank you for making his day.And the food was awesome. Highly recommend staying here.

It was the family time ?.. I dont how to express the way my liks enjoyed every bit of time..... The kids pool time was??.. Even the food?....lot of verities n its all kids favorite's......in one word,. Paisa wasol?.... Thanks. To ( all staff members )everyone who made it possible... ❤️

Welcoming and helpful staff at reception and at breakfast. Good location and very clean, nicely designed and comfortable room. A very nice place to come back to after a day around the city.Also very nice atmosphere with music and chai tea in the lobby.

Staying for third time ... everything remained comfortable and amazing since my second stay.Staff services especially Shreyas, Sreekanth,Lokesh(from restaurant), Floor manager Mr Anuj and housekeeping done by Sharad were phenomenal and excellent service.Lady staffs were all gud too.Lobby staffs are awesome and helpful.Swimming pool and gym was awesomeness.

Spa services and staff were excellent but the hygiene of the room was bad (so could be improved)

The property was nice, but it lacked proper maintenance. The washroom door wasn’t locking properly, and both the head shower and hand shower needed a thorough cleaning. Water flow was also an issue. Everything else was okay.

Compared to last time this time was really gud ..like the staffs namely Mr. Shreyas and Mr.Sreekanth at the restaurant....was exceptional and also the floor staff Mr Anuj was also really caring and gud .Overall it was really good .Because last time I had given a 6 but now 9 ...so there's definitely a change of quality and service.

Some restaurant staffs were still rude compared to last time.But way better than last visit .

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Bed was quite hard.

Breakfast spread was excellent, very courteous staff! Ilavarsan Nagarajan the manager was very friendly, he made sure we had enough food for the long journey we were undertaking. Sumptuous and tasty food, thanks to the Chefs!! They maintained the Taj standard

Excellent knowledgeable, friendly and courteous staff! They looked genuinely happy and that makes huge difference for the guests, cause their mood will reflect on the guests.

Breakfast was delicious and the staff at reception,dining and housekeeping were all outstanding.

The service was incredible. I would like to specially thank two room cleaning guys one of the is Sahil, and the other is Arunkumar Arun, who helped me with everything my family needed with a big smile and all the best intentions. Thank you!

Having nowhere to hang the wet towels after bath can become a big problem for two parents with two children in one room. We had to hang the towels to dry on doors, chairs and bed... One more thing is that the hotel is suppose to be family friendly but offers no attractions for children.
