No hot water, fan was either on full speed or off state. Taps were leaking

It is situated in main center . Near by everything available like good breakfast, Meals, and Night dinner at (udupi park) . Shopping, Theatre , IT Park and Pubs. Location is very good.

My Personal opinion1. Very good location.2. Bad/Worst wifi connection.3. Very good customer service.4. AC was not working properly.5. TV remote had no batter and no dish tv recharge done.

1. Please book this definitely for a stay.2. Donot go for this if you need a working wifi connection3. A must go place as their customer service is very nice.

No hot water

I had stayed here in this hotel earlier and it was a very nice experience that is why I chose this palce. it is easily accessible and decent enough amenities for a short trip. even you can work from there, they allow pets and you are allowed to eat inside etc. are some of the good things. Nearby you will have dining or shoping options are also available. bcos of these reasons I am not rating this poor.

This time the night duty staff was horrible. When I was about to finish my night shower water stopped coming and informed him about it, this was at night 11 O clock. But, water came next day 9:45 am that is after multiple follow ups..Somehow I managed to have a shower and able to leave to office delayed by an hour. Moreover, the AC was not working and asked him to check multiple times but, he never showed up and had to sleep without it even though I booked an AC room. not rating poor only bcos I had a good experience once.

Extremely Unprofessional! Can't be relied upon.

I'd booked a few days earlier before my stay. The property confirmed my booking, and they even confirmed my late check-in request. While I arrived at the hotel, they told me that there were no rooms available.And the guy at the reception didn't even try to look for options/offer to make other arrangements. He was indifferent to my plight and responded with no remorse.Being a solo female traveler, this put me in an extremely difficult situation while I was already exhausted from traveling as I reached the hotel. I had to go out and scour for other stays at night due to them.Extremely unprofessional at many levels!

Staff was not friendly and you have to wait for 2 hours so that the boy can attend the service

NO RESTAURANT IN THIS HOTEL. HOTEL IS AT PRIME LOCATION, BUT IT IS UNDER RENOVATION AND THERE IS NO PROPER CLEANING.

THESE HOTELS WHICH ARE ONLINE SPARE THE WORST ROOMS FOR THE ONLINE CUSTOMERS. EVEN THEY HAVE NOT AGREED FOR CHANGE OF ROOM.

Bad experience

I have booked the room prior to one day When I reach the hotel there is no one at reception And I have called them many times but they didn’t answer my call.I was waiting for 1 hour at reception to get the room.This is how you treat your customers
