Though I have checked in late I got full services with complimentary breakfast

Very badly experience.I would not opt again

Very badly kept rooms.Used bed spreads were given.No Kettle not any bathroom accessories except liquid shampoo no tooth brush,shaving kit,bath towels.No drinking water

Good location. Right above a restaurant

Room was infested with tiny cockroaches

Stay, comfort and location

Complementary breakfast is not proper. Token of rs 80 is given for one person that too only for adults. For kids had to negotiate and get. Could get only 1 dosa for a token.

Room was very cleanStaff were very supportive especially suraj was very understanding and attentive.I enjoyed my two nights stay.

The breakfast was tasty and good quality. Wifi works well.

A coupon was provided for the limited breakfast. The hotel has a water shortage. Most of the time, the tap doesn't have water. The rooms could have been more cleaner.

location, staff and facilities are good

Room floor was not cleaned properly, there were oil on the floor near the mirror and window which was not cleaned properly and was slippery and greasy.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I noticed that the bed sheet and pillow were dirty. I immediately informed the front desk, expecting the issue to be resolved quickly. However, to my surprise, they didn’t bother to change the linens even after I brought it to their attention. This lack of basic cleanliness and poor customer service is unacceptable. I will not be staying here again and do not recommend this hotel to others.

1, Liked the price for stay, 2, easy Hotel commute for having foods.

1, Receptionist behaviour didn't meet the professional or basic attitude. 2, English speaking and understanding people's are needs in the staffs group because they starts speaking in their native language when guest asking questions. 3, Transperency is not there on the descriptions for complementary and benefits which they are ready to provide. I noticed different things from receptionist and booking. Com information.

Neat and clean room

The Breakfast coupon given with limited choices, didn't direct properly to the restaurant so we ended up in the same restaurant section where we had to pay. So, we paid for breakfast.

No bottle of water bottle provided on check in, no coffee/ tea sachet and sugar sachet provided where there is coffee maker kept at room. No hand towels provided. No second chair in the room.

Convenience

The staff seriously need training. Though they gave everything i asked for. I had to check everything and noticed things missing. There was no stirrers or spoon with the tea sachets till the end of my stay. No soap was given. Treebo Chain really need to look into this seriously. I had no other option close to the venue of my visit. This is actually only a lodge. So can’t expect more i guess. Had a similar Treebo experience in 2018 in Coimbatore. We could not get even a cup of tea when we left early morning.

The connectivity from the nearest metro station and the room size was good.

The bathroom could have toiletries and a clean towel.

good location, close to the prestige apartment. friendly staffs. restaurant is right below so no need to travel far for food. Rooms were spacious and clean.

The hotel is quite new and facility is neat and clean. At the ground floor of the hotel, you would find a nice eatery that serves delicious South and North Indian food and a range of fruit drinks and chaats.The hotel also has a nice restaurant at level one

no power when we reached at 1 am and the care taker said no diesel.. we were sent to another hotel at 5 am where the room wasn’t even cleaned.

Bachelor's are there and had parties over there and not maintain the dignity like they are smoking and drinking without closing the door so it's disgusting for us also I informed to reception but no action taken
