This is an excellent option for someone looking for a no-grills and decent place to rest during a work trip to this part of Bangalore. The place offers a neat and spacious room with all the basic facilities of good quality. Which is a very deal for the money. The best is its location which is at the very centre of everything in Electronic City. Also the staff are very attentive and flexible to your needs unlike in many other major brands where all things are coated in protocols.

WiFi is poor so can’t do business calls. No in-house restaurant but that’s fine since there’s loads of restaurants around and you can choose as per your palette.

Breakfast was served from outside restaurant. Coffee was delivered in plastic cover.

Room was full of smoke smell. Bathroom was not working. Breakfast was not good in quality

The room was clean and the staff were helpful.

The toilet was only ok and we did not get warm water on turning the tap on and it took almost 10 minutes before we got only slightly warm water. The location is in a congested area and the lift to the lobby opens on the street and we did not get parking space in the hotel and had to park in the open space nearby. The breakfast was served in the room and we did not enjoy that as we expected a buffet breakfast in the restaurant.

The rooms were decent and the staff were cooperative.

There were no windows in the room, my stay said it was city view, but there was no view. The bedsheets had pilling. It was uncomfortable to sleep. The washrooms constantly smelled bad even though I got them cleaned

cleanliness, dirty sheet and not changed since previous guest. had to convince hard to get a sheet and atleast one of 4 pillow cover changed. staff asked me to adjust till morning.

The food was expensive and there was a misunderstanding with my order which wasn’t communicated correctly to the restaurant

Prime Location, Near main road , Well maintain , friendly staff , Mr. Sudeep was very helpful.

The place is located in the prime area, yet it's peaceful to stay. the room service was good, with them regularly cleaning and replacing the items like water.The AC and bathroom facilities were good tooo

The staff. it didn't seem like they wanted to do their job. it was more of an obligation for them. even if it was question on the parking, wifi, or food, they simply didn't care.The parking below is too cramped up and there is no enough space to park. I was asked to park in the open pay and park at the next ground

There were frequent electric issue at the property. I am not sure how regular is this issue however that was a disappointment

When asked for a cloth sandal, they said it is chargeable. This is the first time a hotel told me that. Then called the receptionist to help in operating tv. No one came. None of the staff showed a happy and pleasant face.

This is the second time I booked this hotel but I have to mention their service quality really degraded than my last time visit about room cleanliness,service etc.

- The location is really good. Lots of options to eat outside and is quite lively in the night- The room sizes are really good. Everything is very clean and tidy- The beds are super comfortable- The staff is very helpful and very pleasant to talk to- The room service is also very good

- The Location which comes on the app is not correct. it shows as 122 Neeladri Road. That's a bit away from the actual place. The best way to mention is that its in the same building as McDonalds on Neeladri Road- The Wifi is so poor that it was impossible to work. Forget work, it wasn't even possible to stream videos. When I complained about this to the reception, they were helpful and tried to provide a booster and also complained to the Internet service provider. But still in my entire 5 day stay, this wasn't resolved. Please do not rely on WIFI if you plan to work from there- the breakfast is south Indian breakfast not continental. It doesn't mean that the south Indian breakfast is bad, it was very tasty but this was repetitive everyday and not changed. It wasn't continental style at all.

Location good, since I have take my train early morning I vacated and stayed in city for night. You should provide taxi facilities. Only draw back is for catching early morning trains

The room service everyday would either forget to give water bottles or would not provide tissue rolls or would not forget to provide towels..but when you ask them will provide it immediately however the question is then what kind of room cleaning team is it that they forget to provide what's basic to be changed or provided daily....

The front desk staff...the breakfast is good and the staff at the restaurant is always at your service...Internet is a big issue as hardly any of the rooms get a proper network...

Too small a room, restaurant was costly. Overall high priced for its size, location, facilities etc
