Could have more western options

Courteous and friendly staff, very minimal interference.

Location is convenient.

Overpriced for what they provide. No spa services or pool restaurant on property. Rooms are very basic, toilet was small and inconvenient. Sufficient toiletries and towels were not provided- had to keep asking for extras repeatedly. Towels were old and worn out.

Hotel was great, all facilities and size of rooms was comfortable. People were friendly and accommodating. Locted next to a mall which is helpful.

Bathrooms could have been cleaned better each day. Hotel cards had issues each day.

Good Location, Friendly staff and great food.

A modern and tastefully designed hotel with very comfortable rooms. Its location is a big plus, right next to Vega City Mall, yet surprisingly calm and peaceful, giving a sense of being away from the city’s hustle despite the proximity.The staff were warm, attentive, and always eager to help. A special mention to the dinner buffet at Loka, an excellent spread with great flavors. Breakfast was good as well.Stayed here for New Year’s Eve and found it to be great value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Was super busy and missed the breakfast all the time i love the fact the hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel was better than what I had expected actually, amenities provided were well thought off like a steamer instead of an iron box I have never see in any of the hotels I have been to so far and it was perfect

While eveything at the property was great the room size was a bit small. Another thing is the fact that if you book a cab they almost never come at the enterance of the hotel since the drive way is too stretched. I have had myself scrambling to understand where the ride is in most cases the cab is usually parked in front on vega mall and once they pass the enterance (enterance to the mall and the hotel is literally side by side) they cannot come back and the vega mall enterance is a good 300 meters. Greenpark should have clear directions or instructions that cabs could follow.

The view from the room is not pleasant

Front reception needs a lot of coaching and how to handle customers.

Location is a big plus. Decent food.

The room is advertised as having a microwave. But they did not have it. And on asking for it, they started they don't provide it. That was the sole reason why we booked the room. So clearly falsely advertised and it still has been kept that way in all booking websites. The room is not aired out. So it smells.

The location is great, the breakfast was indeed very nice with a large spread and helpful staff. Taste and quality of ingredients were nice too. The spacious lobby and restaurant is an added bonus give you an expansive feeling once you step in.

The check in staff can be a little clumsy and not up the mark for a 5 star property. Be sure to double check your booking before arrival and speak up if you need something. The rooms although quite large do not resemble a five star property, more like an upscale 4 star. Bathrooms are a bit dated and they do not have proper shower areas so the whole bathroom floods once you take a shower.

Th services were excellent

Some people were charged much less than us for the same hotel and stay during more or less the same duration. I wish they would have offered us some discount to get fairer price.

It was very clean and very convenient location wise

The front desk was little slow in understanding what you wanted.

The room was clean and the beds were quite comfortable. Even though the hotel was booked heavily, the room felt so much quieter. The staff is always welcoming and happy to help with the needs. Complimentary breakfast is exceptional, way better than the ones provided by the big chain hotel groups.Loka restaurant and staff were friendly and always on top to get items filled up quickly when they were running short. The menu is exceptional with fresh food and beverages.The reception and lounge is very appealing and always kept clean. Housekeeping staff is always readily available to help especially Kangan was very professional. Reception staff did an awesome job in accommodating our request for an extended stay and shared with us different feasible options we could choose from, which I haven't experienced from any other hotels before. This shows how much hotel management cares about their customer's experience in every way. Will highly recommend to anyone visiting Bangalore who wants to explore JP Nagar/Jaya Nagar area. Thanks and hats off to all the staff and management.

Bathrooms need a little more cleaning on tiles, which could have been caused by the hard water.

As frequent travellers and hospitality professionals, we stay plentiful in 5 star hotels, but this was our first time staying at the Greenpark, on our first visit to Bengaluru. A bit of a dodgy arrival was immediately rectified by "Tahee" at the reception, who was extremely kind and helpful throughout the stay, as well as other FO staff. However, the restaurant staff could do with some additional training. The hotel has potential, but I would only stay there if one is adamant to explore South Bengaluru, otherwise the location is quite unimpressive, with nice large rooms unfortunately overlooking a slum. Overall, it wasn't bad at all, once inside the hotel.

Amazing breakfast, the reception staff went above and beyond with any requests that we had.

At times, room service for items like an iron, towels, etc. took almost 40 mins (maybe a one-off day).
