Location and room and facilities were good

Breakfast was horrible and there was no food facility in the night, at the price of five star you expect kitchen to be there 24*7

Close to airport. Its great for a quick night stay

Basic room, small but functional

A member of the staff unlocked our room door and barged in at 6am while we were still sleeping. Very unprofessional. Didn’t say anything. Realised that the room was occupied and just left.

No pillow covers. Pillows were dirty no staff

Breakfast choice was excellent. More variety at other meals would be nice.

Spa and salon were booked uop on the days we stayed and could not be experienced

The pool

The toilet has clear door. No desk in the room. Room quite small, no buffet breakfast, no too much options in the menu, no lobby, not much vacancy for spa appointments.

The location is good as it is close to the airport.

The room design is not good with the wardrobe and refrigerator inside the bathroom area and the bathroom area overlapping with the roomThe price is very high and does not match the level of the hotel and its services.

It's a nice get away from the city. Loved the location, away from all the noise and pollution!! Stayed for 5 nights, and had a great time!! Will definitely visit again.Everything was very prompt, the food was delicious, the staff were super courteous, and the rooms were very clean. The pool is clean, well maintained and heated, doesn't have a deep end but is good to have fun.Worth visiting, loved the stay, will definitely visit again!!!

It’s very close to the airport. A good selection on the menu for dinner with reasonably priced Indian wine. The food was excellent. Bed comfortable and a clean room.

It’s isolated from any shops or parks or anywhere to walk to.

The property was really hard to find. No clear street address.

No hot water only warm water. The balcony door did not lock due to faulty lock. In the middle of the night they moved us to another room. The hand held shower was stick to the wall so unable to move it

Very pleasant and comfortable stay, close to the airport. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent. Thank you!

Amazing facilities, very good service and staff

The front office reception needs to be better organised particularly if this is being promoted as a 5 star property.

Near to airport (30 mins or so)Do t have to enter the bangalore traffic; heard scary stories around that. Alot of area to walk aroundFacilities are new and hence adds to the charm.

Sports facilities were occupied due to on going events organized for villa residents. They ought to have put this out there while we were booking. Some bullshit excuse was given for that by there facility manager. Food variety is minimal at resort and min order time for swiggy/ zomato is 45- 50 mins.Usually for the price they command this club lacks on multiple counts.

Great rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff and luxurious setting. Close to airport

good but limited options

cleanliness and bit more decent coffee table and better trained staff

the breakfast was good.

the room layout is very uncomfortable, there's no kettles or hairdryers in the room

Location to the airport Clean and spacious roomsShower

Nothing major

Breakfast was delicious and the staff were exceptional during our stay. Maintenance was needed and was very prompt with helping us with the TV.

Booking an Uber was very challenging as we were unable to locate the Hotel. The location coming up was 1 hour and 15 mins away. I had booked this as we had an early morning flight and needed to be near the airport. After discussion with the driver and numerous calls to his boss we eventually managed to get the correct location. During the drive to the hotel we turned down a very lonely road which appeared to be in the wilderness. If I had been a lone traveller I would have been very concerned. When we arrived at the hotel we were tired and hungry. We tried to order room service and were told the chef had gone home. The staff at the front desk were very apologetic however we went to bed hungry after a drink and a few potato crisps. I relayed my concerns to the Manager, she listened to our situation regarding the location of the hotel and we suggested putting the information on the website.

Well maintained. Very clean.

Breakfast buffet was not available as it was reserved for another party. Not sure why it was not opened to other guests. We were given an ala carte menu.

Property was decent. It is a club and not hotel

We checked in late and except security, no other staff. Had difficulty in switching off one light in room.
