Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel At Brigade Gateway

Excellent service. Went above and beyond. Treated us royally. Secured our lost luggage within 24 hours. Amazing!!

There was nothing we did not like.

Location next to a shopping mall.Comfortable rooms.Excellent breakfast with wide variety of foods.Very courteous staff.

Price on the high side compared with similar hotels.

- Really big room which was very good for my mental health as I’ve been living in hotels and beginning to get claustrophobic.- Bath tub was lovely - Very comfortable bed - Really healthy and great room service menu. The room service coffee was excellent. - I had a facial at the spa and it was so good. My skin looks much better. - Great pool area - Great gym - Good location next to a mall where you can find anything you need. There’s also a little lake to walk around which was nice. - Manoj from housekeeping took great care of me and always made me feel welcomed.

Well positioned next to a mall and hospital

Wish it could have some garden & green lawn space and its own compound like many other five stars

Prime location for a staycation within city limits. Being located next to Orion Mall is a great advantage as you have umpteen options to eat and drink. Plus if you want a leisure activity you can indulge in some retail therapy! Rooms were spacious and could accommodate an extra bed and leave room to move around. In fact, this is one of the largest rooms I have been in, within the city. Breakfast spread was more than decent with options for all.

Very comfortable room, the hotel is very secure. Very friendly staffs.

Couldn’t book the spa as we wanted due to a miss communication between front office and spa. However we were offered a discount later.

Well maintained property, extremely friendly and courteous staff. Splendid breakfast spread !

Nothing to mention

Great breakfast spread.

Worst pool experience. Its not made for 35 deg city weather. You will get roasted. Cleanliness and smell in corridor should be improved.

Great place with different options for drinks and dinner. And they sell cigars for a decent price. Fair quality too. I enjoyed staying here.

Location was nice..rooms not very special and not acceptable for the exuberant rate. breakfast had to be paid for seperately. Very pricy and food not worth for the price. Most staff were friendly and very nice while the gesture of few were not acceptable...overall overpriced and doubtful value for money

Everything

I did not like the small dry cactus pot the hotel has put on the FEAST tables...Cactus plant gives negative energy..AndThe Chole curry& Paneer curry had too much masala..It was very spicy..Even on DND switched on..staff was disturbing..by knocking.

Very nice hotel, a lot of staff willing to help, nice outdoor swimming pool, top notch fitness center, awesome breakfast buffer (excellent quality and variety)

Internet connection was ok; transfer to airport a bit pricey

Brilliant staff and the standard was as one would expect from a Sheraton, always fantastic!

Slightly away form the hassle and bustle of the city; more a corporate hotel but was fine.

Cleanliness, location, good variety of food, very good service and vert polite and kind staff, ready to help

Our stay at Sheraton Grand Bangalore was exceptional. Attentive service, delicious breakfast buffet, comfortable rooms, and welcoming ambiance made it perfect for relaxing with family. Highly recommend!

Excellent service, room comfort, location, reataurants!

The Location, room size, bed size, view, staff..I mean all of it was amazing. This is the only reason as to why Sherton is a default choice when I travel to Bangalore. Special thanks to Payal for packing our breakfast as we were cheking out too early

Room fitting sneed some upgrades and also if you are using s recycled water for flush, change the flush colours to brown maybe as it always looked dirty

Perfect location near Orion Mall. Room spacious, comfortable, and very clean.Every member of staff we met was friendly and helpful.Great selection of food for both breakfast and dinner - to please every palate.

Clean. Location. Lots of food options without stepping outside. Even mall Nextdoor! Quiet location in busy Bangalore!

Great hotel. I had a small issue with my blanket and they fixed it immediately, then they gave me some nice snacks to my room, and also a small gift and a letter, it was very nice and warming of them.
