Hotel Verdisso

Staff is courteous. Location is fine.

Cleanliness and facility was not upto mark.

Sorry to infor you that this Hotel is very old with broken toilets, doors, no water coming from pipes, we had to go out for washing purpose. All doors (including Rooms) are broken. It is like a hell when entering the hotel. The Hotel is not mentioned correctly. The Hotel name is not Treebo, we had to give Rs.300 to taka Cab. We had our dropping point infront of the Hotel. But this Taxi people they dont know the name Treebo. The actual name is something else. I called the reception guy several times. He did not give me proper name of the Hotel. Some people inside the Hotel behaved like Criminals. The money we spent was a total waste

Lift was not working, room wasn't cleaned even single time during 3 nights stay. Dirty plates after breakfast was still next to the door till next morning. Bedsheets was damaged, no hot water. And buffet photos on Booking.com is completely cheating. No buffet is there. Metal sheets made room with wooden branches on the rooftop. Everyday breakfast was roti or plain dosa with dal. Even chai and coffee was not didn't provided 2 times.

Location was good as I was to attend a summit in Radisson Blu next campus. Rest everything turns bad.

Hygiene, Safety, Availability.

Location was fine.

Lift did not work.Bathroom was below average. Shower did not have any pressure.The sheets and pillow cover was stained.

The place was too shady and felt very unsafe to stay. It had so many cockroaches on the bed, bathroom and everywhere. Felt very unsafe

Few spacious rooms. Right next to Iron Hill. Room was decent, but the facilities were just passable. Room was facing the Iron Hill brewery, which is a great hangout place.

The room had a bit of dust and some flooring was old. Needs some renovation of bath fittings.

An average hotel experience. Rooms were tidy, amenities were fine. Staff was courteous, though service could be faster. The location was ideal for local attractions.

Bed sheets were not clean.

I liked how the room is very comfortable and spacious for 2 people. Had a lovely stay . Great food and service

I think facilities could be better , would be nicer if they had taxi services and had points system

I would like to thank Team Treebo for their exceptional hospitality throughout our stay. The Treebo have a with a wonderful ambiance. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. Our stay was made even more comfortable by the amenities provided. Their warmth and hospitality completely blew me away. I hope to return for a longer stay in the future.
