The staff, especially the front desk manager, Mr. Diwakar. One of the rudest people I have ever come across. He is disrespectful towards the guest. His words were absolutely atrocious. He is a man with such an ego that he couldn't tolerate criticism from a woman and that was something intolerable.

Very clean room, AC works well. Staff very polite and helpful. I had one room meal and it was pretty good. Didn't try the terrace breakfast.

For the price I expected a larger room. No sound proofing and large gap at the bottom of the door allowing in a lot of light in the room: whenever anyone exits his room they slam the door and the noise is just too much (always happens with these key-card locks): it feels like you are sleeping in the hallway basically. I can only assume they can hear everything from the outside too?!The room (on 2nd floor, I guess 3rd floor would be the best choice) has a large nice window but facing on some people's terrace (therefore curtains always closed) = 0 privacy.

Very well trained and well behaved staff. Went out of the way to make us feel welcome. Very prompt and very comforting. That's the kind of stuff, guests want to come back to.

The hot water situation in the shower was kind of tricky.

Great staff and well maintained by them. They were very helpful and the room was neat and clean. We had a wonderful stay here. The food from their kitchen was good too and it was like home cooked food. Definitely try the chapatis, but if you don't like spice, tell them not to put green chillies in the food.

I did ask for a 3 hour extension as my onward journey was at 2pm...I was told to pay 750 rupees with tax fir that...as I had stayed for a week I thought an extension of 2 or 3 hours could have been allowed with no additional cost

Staff are very helpful. Facilities are maintained very well. The breakfast spread is excellent. Superb location.

The additional single bed we were provided was not required. It was not firm enough. Overall, as long as 2 adults and a kid can manage sleeping on a queen bed, they should stop insisting on getting an additional bed. That is, leave it to the travellers whether they need another bed or not.

Daily breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay. Staff was very friendly and attentive to guest needs. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience. The manager attended to all my requests. I would definitely come back in future.

Very comfortable and away from the city traffic yet in the heart of the city. Breakfast served was amazing. My husband who is settled in the USA for many years loved your parathas that he was eating for the very first time.

The ac in our room was quiet an old one and it was leaking water. Also they didn’t keep brush and pastes in toilets. Only ones available were the liquid hand wash and body wash. No shampoo or conditioner or anything.

Location was excellent, service was goodHousekeeping should upgrade iron and iron stand the wiring connecting to the iron caught fire it was very old and I had presence of mind to switch off the power and remove the plug. We stayed for 2 days.the first day was perfect I was going to extend the stay for 2 more days.on the second day a staff banged on our door in the afternoon saying close something as water was over flowing.he went away without even explaining what he meant.after checking the room we saw all taps were closed I called reception and said it not nice to be disturbed for no reason and the guy told me to speak in Hindi.I don’t speak Hindi Then at night the smart tv stops working.it was working perfectly on day one.i kept getting an error msg.when the staff couldn’t do anything about this saying I have to log in myself.if I have to log in myself how was it working on the first day?and I couldn’t even log into any streaming service coz of the error msg.I kept calling reception and they just said there’s nuthin they can do about it.no effort was made to fix the problem.the double room next door had a working smart tv and my king studio was stuck with only colors channel.These 2 miserable experiences spoilt my stay and was not worth the 50$ a day I paid !I canceled the rest of my booking.

Clean very polite staff.I have booked two rooms, but I did not get the adjacent rooms since they were fully occupied. But staff managed to give me both rooms on the same floor.

Very polite and helpful staff, made us feel at home. Cleanliness was top notch. Ofcourse, locality is very good, peaceful and safe.

1. Washroom tiles were having stains.2. Hot water not available in basin.3. Rooms were smaller compared to other hotels in same vicinity.4. Breakfast was on terrace, one can imagine with Bangalore’s winter, having breakfast on terrace was a horrible experience.5. Don’t book only by seeing photos on website. There is a huge difference when in photos and reality.
