Location

Old roomsStingy smells in the corridor. Lots of cockroaches in the rooms and bathroom. Lift was not functioning.

Location and access to the city

Bath rooms are never cleaned since they opened, cockroach is seen in the room, wardrobes and drawers, no complementory water or toletorirs. Bathroom seperation glass is full of soap strains, never cleaned for ages, stngy smell inside in

Good location

Washroom are not so clean so many bugs in Washroom

The staff hospitality is very good. privacy is pretty good. in some points is good we can 20% is good.

the lift was not working; we have to go by using stares; the bathroom and washroom are not so clean; and bed sheets are also not cleaned. complete not happy with hotel ambiences.

The room was quiet (no disturbances) & affordable. From location perspective as well, this accomodation is fine. The staff at the front desk were good & helped with the generic queries.

AC & TV was not working in the room allocated to me. This should have been taken care before allocating the room. I was alone & this accomodation was for just 1 day & 1 night, so it was kind of fine for me. But for family with kids, it might be a concern. Power complete outage in the night & no generator/backup was available for sometime. Not acceptable power outage during night time. They need to really have some generator/backup alternate options to temporarily support night hours atleast.

The Location and room size.

The cleanliness, non maintenance, poor lighting, bad odour etc.

Room 5/5 good service but furniture are old

It is located in a prime spot. Very convenient to travel anywhere in the city including popular tourist attractions.

Cleanliness was less than decent, the room could use a proper dust up and overall cleaning. Seems like the building is old and not kept up to date.

Clean and spacious rooms. Manager and other Staffs very courteous and helpful

Reasonable price, center of city, helpful staff

Hotels.near by

They took an additional rs 600 for one of my friend who came to meet me for 3hrs on the hotel

were very neat and staff were very helpful

There is kettle and things in room but fresh tea coffee would be great

very comfortable Bed, nice Room with AC. TV and own bathroom. quiet place to stay for 1 or 2 nights. nothing special but good for the price

the staff Doesn't greet when you enter the building and seem very uninterested. not too much stuff around in the area to see

Average..

Cleanliness.. there were cockroaches.. washroom was slippery and dint give good feel.. furnitures were not looking great.. parking is not OK.. so too costly to worth it..

Location

The rooms are too old and are not that well lit, and the bathrooms are too old and have a bad odour, you don't get complimentary water bottles at this property

Wifi not working, AC not working and no hot water
