The hotel room was clean, and nice. staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the Indiranagar

I did not like anything
The moment I entered in the room it was smelling of cigarettes. The whole night there was disturbance from other rooms as well as people out of the room were talking so loud. Person at the front office also was unable to assist in generating the bill before leaving, finally they had to send it by WhatsApp. No hot water as well.

The staff were pretty friendly and the room were spacious enough and nicely maintained and serviced
The location of the property and the rooms were very good
The only staff in the property was very unprofessional and unresponsive, he was sleeping in the reception seat when we entered the property and we were very poorly treated by him with a lack of respect or professionalism and made the entire process very slow had us standing for a long time as he was sleepy and the way he spoke was very rude, the wifi didnt work and some lights in the room were always on and we couldn't find any switch to switch them off which made me not able to sleep properly.
