Room size. Friendly staff and front desk managers. Room fittings and fixtures.

I have stayed here regularly since it's the best hotel close to Christ University BGR campus where my child studies. However I think they have to keep up the periodic deep cleaning and pest control of the toilets as I found the tiles joints dirty and in room 106 there were a continuous flow of ants in the toilet.

The bed size was very small for 2 people. Breakfast is very bad... no options.very limited and average food.

Isis Suites is a very decent place to stay in South-Central Bengalore, quite within the city yet away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The staff is very cordial and helpful. They are professional in their approach yet accommodating. My daughter forgot her tab in the hotel room after check out. We contacted the hotel and they informed us that the tab is kept safely. This shows the level of honesty the staff has. I would definitely like to stay there during my future visits to Bengalore.

I think that the breakfast can be improved. The range of items served in breakfast are not sufficient. Presentation of the breakfast also can be improved. As such the cooking is good but the presentation and range can be worked upon.

Bathroom door is Very Unsafe as it slides and there is no grab handle- two people in the family injured their fingers

Its in a quiet neighborhood. Dont feel like we are staying in a hotel. Excellent breakfast.

1. Informed them that I will be there between 9 and 10am and they agreed for a early checkin, but They made me wait until 11:40 to get the room.And then they offered a room used by a chronic smoker and we ended up using a mask to sleep. They didnt even offer to change the room or any compensation.

The silent peaceful locality

Except the locality nothing great about the property. No parking at the property, we have to call repeatedly for tv channels , we have to call for toiletries, and worst of all is the breakfast…less said about the breakfast the better . Paid 4.5 K believing it to be a 3 star hotel as projected by the booking.com . It’s not worth by any means . It’s not be given any star rating . Normal unstated hotels in crowded gabdhi nagar area of Bangalore gives better amenities, car parking and far better breakfast !! I wonder how can booking.com could give it 8 + rating and also project it as a 3 star hotel while it’s not even a single star worth . Had a very uncomfortable stay . Even after paying for breakfast , we were forced to go to a nearby restaurant for breakfast. Till date I haven’t seen a poor breakfast than this . They don’t even have a basic thing like a brown bread , nor idly , just 3 to 4 items for breakfast and that too it had gone cold ….the concerned staff was not even bothered to respond to our complaint and they call it a 3 star hotel . Overall a very bad experience…would never go back to this property !!

Room service, TV channels choice almost NOT available. ONLY FREE to AIR channels Most important-- Your site says only credit card is sufficient to book but hotel demanded advance payment second you say can be cancelled till one day prior but Hotel says once advance payment booking cannot be cancelled. There is mismatch in what is offered at booking time while what is offered at time of stay.Breakfast menu had just one item. It was more like a formality of breakfast. Never seen such low quality & small menu of breakfast anywhere

The location was quite convenient as there is lot of eateries around.

The set-top box was not functioning as there was no balance and the staff tried their best to get it reactivated but failed. finally we lost hope and left it as such.

The staff weren't very professional and they would stare a lot and often had a communication gap.One night while I was in my room they sent a random guest into my room with a keyI was suprised as it was scary that a complete stranger could walk into my room while I was present insideThe second incident was when on my last day of my checkout I informed the front desk 2 times prior about my super early checkout to catch my morning flightThey assured me that someone would be there to help But in the morning when I went down not only was no one there... Even the main exit gate of the hotel was lockedIt was as if i was trapped inside the hotel unable to get outI searched everywhere for a staff member called up multiple people of the hotel for more than half an hour while I was getting late for my flight and my cab driver waiting at the door seeing me helplessAfter multiple calls someone picked up who wasn't even at the hotel and he sent a boy down who was asleep somewhere on the top floor When i told him about my situation all he could muster was a cheeky "sorry"It was a harrowing experience for me and if someone comes late at night to the hotel they'll be locked outside with no one to let them in.And if someone is stuck in the elevator due to a malfunction at night there wouldn't be anyone to help them.It's also a huge fire hazard as if there's a fire at night all the guests would be trapped inside with the main door locked waiting for someone sleeping to open the door and say "sorry sir".
