Good, large and clean room

The single biggest letdown was the small single elevator. Used even to transport goods. So people with large and multiple pieces of baggage would find it frustrating on some days.If the hotel had a large elevator devoted solely to guests and another one for internal use then I would rate this property as 8 out of 10. Currently I can only say it is 5/10.

Comfortable stay in the hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was big with all the necessary facilities.Just next to Isckon temple so it was easy for us to go for the darshan and meals.

Big room, very helpful staff, good breakfast

AC didn’t work properly, room temperature stayed around 24/25’c even though it was turned 16’c. Fridge also didn’t cool as normal. Water kettle doesn’t have auto turn off knob. There was no hot water throughout the entire stay. It would be nice if staff check the conditions of the utilities before renting.

Their restaurant is only veg, for those who love this type of food I know that the dishes are delicious, unfortunately I love pizza and carbohydrates even in the morning, so I could not eat much

The location was perfect for the purpose of our visit to the Eye Hospital. The food was all Veg. The staffs at the restaurant were very helpful in accompanying our family needs. They went the extra mile to bring the food we liked.

The staff at the reception were very rude. They did not communicate well. I requested a third towel as we had our 4-year-old son who was staying with us. They didn't provide us with one saying it was hotel policy. Constantly had to remid to take the trash ( which was never taken in our 3 day visit).. we had to do it ourselves. The elevator took forever to arrive. It was very slow. Since they had reception on the second floor, it was very inconvenient.

I like the friendly staffs abd the breakfast was excellent pure veg.Cleanliness and the hotel is just few minutes away from NU Hospital where I came for.

The first room given was not upto my expectations but they changed the other day to very nice room.

We had a light breakfast (idli-chutney-sambar and filter coffee). Both were very good.Location is very good too - walkable distance to the metro station, shops, mall, etc.

Room was not ready at the time of check-in. But staff was quick to fix the issues. We had no issues on the second night.

Wish i could have extended dates for a better rate. However due to rates increasing more than 100% i was unable to extend.

Close to Iskcon temple. Walkable distance to Mahalakshmi Metro station. Neat rooms. Breakfast was good. Overall a nice stay.

The staff, in particular Mr. Govind and Ms. Bindu, were very helpful always smiling and curteous. The receptionist, was very pleasant and curteous. The room was comfortable, the AC excellent, the large screen TV had a very large number of channels. The open air restaurant, pure veg, was good. From the terrace, one can get a great view of the ISKCON temple. Orion Mall is a stones throw away.

Everything was good, so there was nothing I did not like.
