Super friendly staff, convenient location, nice gym and pool

In my earlier hotel the rooms were bigger and more modern

Well kept carbon zero was exceptional attempt. In house bottling plant was an awe.

Location, approach. Furniture and wooden flooring were a bit old, so sqeeky noise was there

The location was minutes away from my office, so it was perfect. The staff are super helpful and warm. I forgot my shoes in the hotel room at the time of check out. They wrote to me about it and couriered it to my home. This the first time a hotel has done that. The breakfast was good.

The breakfast of very high standard, it was multi cuisine including my favorite south India items. The location and the ambience of the hotel was also good

Room size is fine, just does not seems to be matching up with its price.Bed is comfortable, but unable to get suitable pillow even with pillow menu (either too soft or too hard)...Water for toilet flushing seems recycled (quite yellowish), luckily with no unpleasant smells.

The breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of delicious options that made for a great start to the day. We also enjoyed our lunch at Ahara, which lived up to the high standards we remembered from our previous visit.

The overall experience at THE OTTERA was incredibly disappointing and far below the standards expected of a 5-star hotel. Upon arrival, we encountered a series of issues that marred our stay. The room, though spacious, had several glaring problems: the bathroom door was broken, the mirrors were in poor condition, and there was a persistent foul smell from the toilet. These are basic maintenance issues that should not be present in any hotel, let alone one that claims to be 5-star.Our in-room dining experience was equally frustrating. We ordered a simple meal, but what we received was incorrect and poorly presented. The chicken soup was served in a kettle with a narrow nozzle, which filtered out all the substantial ingredients like chicken and vegetables, leaving us to awkwardly fish out the pieces with a fork. The yogurt, which we specifically requested to be plain Greek yogurt, was first brought as flavored goat milk yogurt and then replaced with what turned out to be plain curd—completely missing the mark. The entire process took around 40-50 minutes, a waste of time when we were already exhausted and hungry.What was most disappointing, however, was the lack of empathy and professionalism from the staff. Despite our clear discomfort and dissatisfaction, the staff showed little concern. They were indifferent to the fact that we would be going to bed hungry and made no effort to offer suitable alternatives. The check-in and check-out processes were similarly inefficient, with minimal staff available and a general lack of engagement. Most of the staff we interacted with appeared robotic and unwelcoming, with only two out of ten showing any warmth or friendliness.

Scent in foyer was overwhelming. Spa has room for improvement. Ushered out very quickly post massage and the massage itself could have been better.

I recently stayed at Hotel Oterra in Bengaluru and I must say it was truly an exceptional experience. The hotel has the best ambiance, clean and comfortable rooms, and the world’s best breakfast. WHEN WE CHEKED IN AND AFTER 10 MINUES THEY FORCED US TO GO TO MOCKDRILL OF SECURITY.ON REQUESTING THEM AS WE ARE THEIR FOR WORK AND LEAVING AFTER 30 MINUTED, THEY FORCED US TO JOIN THEIR SYSTEM OF ELSE LEAVE, SO WE CHECKOUT AND IT WAS WASTAGE OF ONE WORK HOUR.HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL HOTEL .NOT ADVISED TO STAY IN SUCH HOTELS IN FUTURE.

A very good breakfast. Excellent spread covering different cuisines. Spoilt for choice. Good spacious rooms.

Very convenient location in Electronic City in the South of Bengaluru. Friendly and helpful staff (special thanks to Kavya from the concierge team).If you have business appointments in that area, definitely to be recommend to save travel time. Great choice of restaurants, especially the 46 ounces brewery restaurant on the premises (special thanks to Winnie for her excellent recommendations on the evening of 15 April).

The pool area is nice, but offers little to no shade during the day. Some awnings and parasols would be helpful and easy fix to resolve this. Also there were only 3 sun loungers available which is to little for the number of guests at the pool later in the day.
