Well maintained hotel with good car park and courtesy staffs

Left over food in my next room Was lying more than a day

Very esthetically decorated rooms. Very cozy and comfortable. Service was very fast. Cleanliness is also exceptional.

Not a lot of options with food.Was restricted from dining a meal i ordered from outside, in the lounge . It’s silly to restrict guests from doing so especially when you have very limited food options offered by the hotel. Front office staff a bit too loud and chatty. Lots of people interning or training i suppose. The gyn needs heavier weights - a suggestion.

I checked in for 4 days but I had to check out early within 1 day of stay due to the sudden demise of aunt. I was ready to pay for the one day stay of mine but Without any humanity the staff asked me to pay partial amount stating booking.com will ask them to pay the half price for an early checkout. No humanity for reasons such as death or medical emergencies. I never expected booking.com and ibis to be so inhumane. The hotel room had too many baby cockroaches. I had no other choice than to say okay as I had to leave urgently. But now it's been 15days I do not see any refund credited back to me yet. Unfaithful and unacceptable behaviour by both ibis and booking.com.

It was a quick bangalore. superb location for my meeting. stay is very good and staff are good. all the luck to the team.check in was quick and payment process also quick

The staff is under experienced and not trained properly. The staff woke us up at 8am asking what time we will checking out disturbing out sleep. The staff should be well known the standard time of checkout and needless to ask whether stated prior.

Bed was bad, I got a back ache, service also delays. They also charge you if you ask for crockery to the room. I have attached the bill for your reference

Out of all the Ibis properties I’ve stayed at, this one was particularly vibrant. Clean, cool and comfortable rooms.

Response times at Ibis hotels seem to lag slightly.

The staff was good. Everything was well managed. Location was good.

Hotel was charging Rs. 1000+taxes extra for guest/visitor entry in late evening.

The breakfast was good especially if you like Indian food. What stood out for me was the fact that the chefs accommodated my requests for western food, so kudos to them

It was all good

The breakfast was really awesome. They really made fresh dosas and it was big. The staff was really courteous and polite. It is also close to Manyata Tech Park for those who work there. The Wi-fi also was working excellent. The gym was also awesome, which was on 8th floor where we had the room on that floor only and the view from gym was also nice in which we could see IT companies in Manyata Tech Park. Even the dinner buffet also was excellent.

The room size was small. And the table provided in the room was really congested in which there was no space when we order food or when we work something in the laptop. The bed was a bit too soft which felt uncomfortable to sleep and the bathroom was a bit congested in which there was no space.

Location and Staff

The rooms are separated by using plywood. The besides rooms opening and closing disturbed my sleep at 12AM and 1PM. Hence, disturbed my sleep. The same complained at front desk.

Size of rooms, too small for the price, best suited for business travel, not suited for family stay. Bathroom is tiny and not sound proof. Not value for money charged for a family stay.

I would say overall experience was good . Friendly & helpful staff.

The nuts given at the lobby bar wasn't too fresh & crunchy enough.

For that Money I paid I feel like it’s too much for the room and more over very congested it’s too much for that room

Clean and functional

Not value for money. Tiny room. Tinier bathroom. We asked for dinner plates and they said it's chargeable.

The housekeeping staff member, Fokrul, was incredibly thoughtful and attentive—he made sure my room was always clean, provided fresh sheets, and never forgot to restock my drinking water. His excellent service truly stood out amidst a disappointing stay.

I was shocked at how the hotel staff, Jatin, humiliated my friend, despite having provided both our IDs at check-in. The hotel only provided one keycard, which meant my friend couldn’t use the elevator alone and had to wait for me to bring her back up to our room. Instead of acknowledging their own restrictive policy, a staff member confronted us in front of other guests, demanding to know who she was, questioning whether her ID had been submitted, and implying that her presence was somehow improper. This public interrogation made a simple return to the room feel like a shameful spectacle, leaving us both embarrassed and deeply uncomfortable.Then the attempt to short-change me on my chai order was just appalling. On the first day, I received my chai in a substantial flask that yielded two full cups. The next day, however, they brought it in a slightly taller glass, claiming all flasks were being washed. It was obvious that this glass held much less chai, yet they still wanted to charge me the same amount as before. It felt like they were deliberately trying to trick me into accepting less for the same price, and it was infuriating that they assumed I wouldn’t notice. This blatant act of dishonesty not only wasted my time—since I had to wait another half hour to get a proper amount of chai—but also left me feeling cheated, disrespected, and thoroughly disappointed.On top of that, the ironing board was broken, and frequent electricity cuts disrupted my work. When asked for a slightly thinner pillow, solution was to use the couch cushion.
