Very dirty area... Not suitable for family...No hot water

When I book the room in booking.com the price is 4,300 but in the hotel they collect 4900. I told so many reasons. But this is not fair.And also in booking.com they show room with balcony. But there is no balcony. So please take necessary steps.

Liked nothing about.Maybe the elevator was the only good thing present.And the fridge where the placed the drinks and chocolates was good.

The staff were too rude and the minimum needs like hot water or towels were not present.They were too bad in calculating the time of stay and have taken more money than what they should. For two days of stay, they have charged three days.

No breakfast included, location is not good

Location- horrible, no good hotels in the vicinity. Facilities provided were poor (only towel and soap given - even drinking water not provided). Room was not clean.

The hotel is in a good location and is reasonably priced

The moment I arrived, one of the staff members pestered me about where I was from, what currency was used in the country im from and then, shockingly whether I could give him some of the currency so he can exchange. I was dead tired and that kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable. There are lots of other hotelsIn the area - easy to choose another one

Clean room in the city centre where u can visit most of the places near by.

It's a busy area because bus stand is beside the hotel.

the price and the wifi

extremely noisy room, guy to to kill the animals first with a spray before I could enter the room, the bed is like lying on the ground, no linen, no towel, no toilet paper, no extra things like shampoo or soap. I arrived to late in the evening to search for another place otherwise I had done that immediately.

Good for the price. Right near KR Market and 5 minutes walk from the metro station. Very friendly and polite staff. No strict check-in time. You check-in when you arrive and check-out is 24 hrs later. Check-out can be extended for a nominal fee per hour.

The location around the hotel is unclean and noisy.

Sufficient parking area. Neat & clean rooms with all facilities.

Room was very clean and no bad smell, Free parking, TV, Wifi (I haven't used but Its there I believe, I saw the wifi antenna in the corridor), My mobile was having enough network so not requested for password. The staffs were so friendly and helping. Its a new building so all over the building everything is new. For kerala food kalpaka hotel is near and kabab magic is also near for people from other states. Only drawback I saw was the bad smell while walking on the road as the location is city market area(KR market, Kalasipalayam).

The different colour LED lighting in the corridor was very attractive as it adds the overall ambience. Lift facility again for family with senior citizens good place to stay.

The hotel staff were nice. The check-in and check out experience was relatively smooth. The room was clean.

This is more a lodge than a hotel. This wasn't clear when I booked. The area where this hotel is located is so dirty, noisy, and really unexpectedly polluted. Being new to BLR, I couldn't have guessed this when I booked.

Location, Cleaning, Lift, Staff Support, Hot water

The room and the bathroom were very clean. Also both are spacious. The room is equipped with closet (with hangers), a small table, a chair and the bed. The cleanliness was outstanding!I was given a soap and a towel. The wifi was working excellently.The windows of the room are soundproof, but when you open them you will hear the outside noise - therefore, if you sleep with open windows ask for a room not facing the street.The staff was friendly and supplied hot drinking water on my request.The surrounding area is market area, a real large area - very lively and they sell any type of things. I could have spent hours just experiencing the atmosphere there. The hotel's location is in walking distance to Sultan Tipu's Summer Residence, Bangalore Fort (but you cannot visit it - at least I didn't find an entrance) and Chickpet and not very far from Majestic bus station, Lalbagh Botanical Garden, Brain museum ....

Drinking water was brought by the staff on my request, but I would prefer a hot/cold water dispenser where I can help myself at any time of the day. When it rains the outside area is very muddy.

Total waste of money!

Almost every thing! Esp. The behavior of one of the staff who sat at the back of the reception, who was responsible for managing the online bookings, whose name I believe was Gandozade! His manners were crude and unbearable. He also was weird! I don't think he has even heard the word proffisionalism!
