Housecleaning staffs were very good. Room was very clean as expected. Breakfast spread was really awesome.

Mainly we didn't not like the Spa facility people behavior and management. We booked a spa at 10 p.m. But I was requested to come by at least 8:45 p.m.. I was quite stressed and tired so even if I had some work, I canceled and came back early to Hote for the Spa. But once I went there at 8:45 p.m. the person standing at the desk told that still someone is having spa inside. I waited for around 30 min and then the staff told me that I can go back to my room and they will call me soon.The call never came. For a luxury hotel, this kind of service was quite unexpected.

Had a very pleasant stay at IT Gardenia Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it easy to relax. The food was excellent and well prepared. The spa experience was also wonderful, professional, relaxing, and well worth it. Service was courteous and efficient throughout. Overall, a great stay and a hotel I would happily recommend.

There was a minor billing issue at checkout, but it was resolved immediately, so not a big deal at all.

Everything was comfortable and enjoyable. I especially appreciated the garden, balcony, and infinity pool. The staff was attentive and helpful for a first time visitor.

I didn't dislike anything, it was a pleasant experience. I would be happy to stay there again in the future and recommend it for other travelers.

Our Stay at ITC exceeded our expectations. The staff at the front desk and in the dining room was so friendly and courteous and treated us like family, The house keeping did an excellent job keeping our room spic and span. Overall this stay was exceptional and we will stay here for sure during our next visit as well

My recent stay at ITC Gardenia was an absolutely delightful experience, setting a new benchmark for hospitality and service.A special mention is deserved for Kshitij, the Duty Manager. His approachable demeanor and keen attention ensured every aspect of the visit was perfect. It's reassuring to know that someone so dedicated to guest satisfaction oversees the hotel's operations.The breakfast spread was simply amazing. The sheer variety and the outstanding taste of every dish left a lasting impression. From local specialties to international favorites, the culinary team truly excelled. The attention to detail in presentation and preparation was evident and greatly appreciated.Beyond the superb dining, the hotel staff's professionalism and dedication elevated the experience. The hotel overall was very tired. The pool area was tired with signs of rust. The rooms were clean but again, not aligned with the price point of a 5* hotel. The staff were okay but not very knowledgable about different products. We were not even told on check in the hotel has two additional restaurants to the side of it.

My stay at the ITC Gardenia, Bengaluru was very positive. I particularly appreciated the personalized attention from the hotel manager, who made a noticeable effort to ensure everything exceeded my expectations.The dining experiences were consistently good, offering high-quality and enjoyable meals across their venues.Furthermore, the hotel's central location is a significant advantage, providing easy access to business areas and city attractions while still feeling quite peaceful. Honest, I can't think of anything that was less than excellent.

Some of the staff seems to be a little uncertain how things are organised under what circumstances. Hence they tend to end up asking each other what they have ,what don't, what discount applies to what and what they sell in what type of the hotel restaurant/bar.Nevertheless the issues are minor.

Interaction with the concierge team prior to arrival and post check-out was relatively cumbersome, especially via emails. The responses received are pretty stock standard and don't answer queries clearly. I couldn't receive an update invoice with correct personal details despite updating it on my end and even one of the staff member doing so on their end.

While I have always admired the ITC brand, my latest visit was marred by some service issues that I would like to bring to your attention.Specifically, I encountered:1. *Reception Issues*: The receptionist not responding properly and not explained about the package details. Due to this I will not prefer your hotel for my future visits.

This is the second time we have been here and love the location, the room, the breakfast and the staff.

The room was okay, the view was great and the staff very friendly, though not excelled in anything.

The restaurants inside the hotel are mediocre and the staff is lcking basic hospitality skills, especially for a presumably 5 stars hotels.

Breakfast staff were too rushed due to high volume of guests. More staff would ease the pressure on the staff, who did their best. Rates are expensive.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in over the past 50 years. The hotel is like an oasis in the middle of Bangalore´s chaotic traffic and noise and high pollution. The Hotel´s facilities and rooms are very good and the reception , cleaning and catering staff and managers were extremely courteous and helpful. There was a wide choice of food in the Cubbon Pavilion restaurant and it was uniformly very good. The SPA facilities are first rate. Special mention to the New Year´s eve buffet which was outstanding and unlikely to be bettered anywhere.

In the IPads in the rooms,The hotel offered special services , like laundry, for no charge , but this was not reflected in the billings. The managers claimed that the offers only referred to special packages, but this was not clearly stated in the IPad messages. Slightly irritating !
