I asked for extended stay from 12 pm to 5 pm. their charges are too high. it is recommended to have some decent price for short extention of staythe main switch socket which supplies to entire room is quite interior - near bathroom. If we pull out the key whole room is dark and it is quite some distance to walk from bathroom to main door of room. it is advised to have the main switch socke for lock by the side of main entrance like in other hotels.There is no seperate switch to switch of lamp over shaving mirror. it is always on 24 hrs

Hotel is pathetic, hotel is in 2nd floor, difficult to find the hotel, rooms not at good, bed is uncomfortable. Staff were rude

All good. the entrance to the building ( not the hotel floo but th ground floorr)a bit spooky though. nor receptionist. no light.

The experience would be better if they had an RO water system on each floor or atleast filling stations. Since the stay was long, we would've liked a few more toiletrie etc. and a Chair in the room.

This time my hotel booking with booking was tragic.

Mentioned 4 star and 7 rating in you website. It was 0 star hotel.no proper Wi-Fi. Very dirty toilet.Bed sheets looks not changed?

Rooms r clean , the guy in reception was helpful sanjog from Darjeeling, he was there to assist, rest everything is close by in vicinity like food and coffee shops

Nothing as such to dislike I guess they can provide toiletries like toothpaste and small brush which is very common Also they can include water atleast one bottle so that's very essential Nothing else , rest everything was managed well

I booked it for a relative of mine, and he was very happy with it. Apparently the place was very clean and the staff was polite wrt the price. The place was booked online using booking.com, and the whole process was easy.

The location is good and the room have decent space.

They don’t have specific reception! They have kept the reception like next to room entrance only. Most importantly they don’t provide basic provisions like paste and brush. Even though you are ready to pay extra they don’t have. AC was not working, it had some technical issue and will take up 10mins to turn on and not sure why but it wasn’t even chilling enough!They have not kept purified water bottle, they have filled some random water in some random water bottle. They charged extra for purified water bottle as well.

We booked 2 bedroom suite, there was no privacy, second bedroom is inside the first bedroom and only one bedroom had bat

One bathroom shared for both rooms. Ac was shared, only one room had ac.

The suite was clean and comfortable. Staff was very polite and cooperative. Srinivas sir provided great service and was a call away.

The hotel was clean and neat.

The staff attitude can be improved upon a lot. A small boy with very poor communication skill is managing the reception and all the sundry works

There are no basic amenities like , coffe kettle.fan was making lot of noice.no breakfast for the money we paid . Basis toiletries were not there
