Tulip Inn Koramangala

The entrance is good and well mannered staff.

Washroom is not neat . Bedsheets are smelly and not of good quality.

The room was clean, and inviting. Bedding was clean and dressed like the advertised photo. Complimentary water & tea station. Writing pad and pencil at desk.

The internet connect dropped once during a meeting. I experience this at other hotels nearby. I think this is a wider issue in the area. Shower did not have any shower gel.

The staff is very accommodating. I like the attitude of all and Especially Mr Ashish was alway very helpful and caring

The size of deluxe rooms are not big

Decent break fast , responsive staff , quite room , size of suite

Non functional electrical appliances , Bad smelling bath room , dirty linen , Just one functional lift for whole hotel , faulty electrical points , Poorly equipped gym

The cleanliness. The staff behaviour (Prashanth & other billing team, dining staff, security, cleaning staff)

courteous staff, good location , quality food.. decent room

Good value for the money, restaurant is perfect and rooms are very clean and confortable

Good location ,accessible to kormangala easly

Parking not good

- Hot water on demand. No boilers. A+++.- Towels of high quality. - Hotel location is on a main street. Easy for taxi to find day or night.- Security 24/7. Arrived at 3am, personnel was there to greet me at the entrance & front desk.- Laundary was super. Next day.- Electrical outlets are universal (EU, UK & USA).

Wifi connection was ok, 93%. My office meeting call was dropped twice.

Everything was good with the hotel.I just feel, the prices should have been a bit less, as the location is Under construction.

The price of the room was around 4k and it's fine, but the problem comes with the location as the road leading to hotel is Under construction. A bridge is being constructed and this has made the condition outside the hotel horrendous. So basically if the ambiance outside the hotel and the room rents are compared, the difference is not justified.

Very well maintained and staff were quick in service.Raja and Rupa were very helpful too :)

Comfortable beds, clean washrooms and clean linen, size of the room is descent. a good stay option for business travelers due to the location . would defiantly stay again here in my next trip

the rooms are old and need some renovations.

Awesome rooms and staff's are too good especially Raja is very friendly and helped us a lot.

NA

Very good clean and hygiene Thank you guy's Raja and Rumpa ??

Thank you

Breakfast was good. Staff are good cooperative. Issues immediate response.

There was nausty smell in the toilet smell like some drainage open inside toilet.

Location, staff, food with clean linen

The room had no ventilation at all inspite of my specific request for a room with an openable window, on medical grounds. Manager assured on phone, but when we arrived after a long drive, the room given was a sealed one. Moreover, there was a strong smell in the room, and one of the ACs was making a disturbing sound through the night. The suite room is stated to be 350 sqft, but there was hardly any space for the extra bed. We checked out early next day and shifted to the Royal Orchid nearby. Booking.com was sympathetic and considerate to us, which we appreciate.

Breakfast was very good. Tasty and variety.

Water in the rest room in my room stagnated without moving out. Need your attention.

Staff support and cleanliness.Raja is a very genuine person and polite as well.

Timely response to a request made for early check-inWell-mannered and cooperative staffVery cooperative front desk manager specially Mr Sathish

Room was quite spacious and clean as well

There was no covered car parking. Would recommend to have one since the hotel is on the main road which is fully dusty and with heavy traffic
