Although room was little small it was was clean, staff friendly and budget friendly. I stayed here for a week and it was good.

Hotel should improve is when the room is cleaned they used very harsh chemicals by which the smell stays in the room for a longer period. Also there’s a pungent smell in the bathroom all the time. I had to switch on exhaust fan 24/7 if switched off the smell would spread across the room. All breakfast options there is only rice. Not everyone is fan of rice in the morning. Try to provide different options

Rude staff no cleanliness poor quality

The staff at the front desk is really rude and doesn't know anything about the facilities at the hotel and also he was always into his cellphone and not interested in guest queries or requests!

I stayed for 3 nights and requested the fromt desk nd HK team to clean my room but nobody took the initiative to clean my room, the plates were kept outside my room for 2 days that was horrible!

Its a decent hotel although located in prime Indiranagar/Domlur area but I would not recommend it for family as it has a lot of beer bars beside the property which makes the area vulnerable.

by mistake I forgot one of my belongings in the hotel and called them the next day, however staff is very careless and told them we dont know as he was not on duty.. I called them the subsequent day and another staff said all staff is new after the day I checked out and we dont know where the old staff keep the leftover belongings of customer. I even went to the hotel the next week but same response.. all the staff is blaming each other and saying we dont know.

Avoid

Nothing was right from bathroom to AC to bed to work station. During my 2 day stay, no housekeeping came to clean up the room. Have to call the reception to provide water bottles and coffee.

Staff was friendly

AC didn't work for many hours and no AC remote. There was no hand wash and body wash. Toilet jet was leaking. No one helped to carry bag to room when checking in.Worst of all was breakfast. For the tarrif that one pays, they just served a aloo Paratha, a boiled egg (without asking) and curd in a small plate. No tea and coffee. Absolutely horrible experience. Only the staff people were friendly to talk but worst experience.

not suggested for families.was planned for to stay 3 days there but checked out next day as had bad experience after we just checked in the property I was shifting luggage from car and my wife was in room the manager called her once she did not pick up the call as she was in washroom and with in 2 mins manger went upstairs to room and was knocking the door my wife called me some one knocking the door and trying to open the door by the time I went up manager and one boy was trying to open the door with master key and I asked him what’s wrong what happened the answer was ridiculous he was saying just came up to check ac is working or not and asking me put security card somewhere in the room . so stay safe who ever prefer there to stay

my room was a bit small. complementary breakfast was offered but was not enough. good location, just on the main road. Good for overnight stay.

There are bo good features to talk about.

The hotel is with an attached bar, which makes it very loud. The staff does not clean the rooms even after multiple requests. The washroom stinks because there is no exhaust. The rooms are very small and you only get the option of AC but not fan because the ceilings are so low.
