size of room is very good

Cleaning in room was not good like lots of dust on lights and furniture, no hot water was coming in tap when ask said machine is not working person in charge has gone to village no other person or agency to repair, lot of noise in hotel due to outside peoples in terrace restaurant which is disturbing a lot…No proper breakfast served only vada and idli and that too Was not hot …There was no answer for any question with staff .. no manager was available

worstu service and no response from the room service also the rooms were not clean and the plug points are also not working and damaged its totally worse and i wont recommend anyone to stay here

property is newly renovated looks clean has good lobby and rooms are good

the property is not well meaintained,1) Intercom phone was bot working2) The in house restaurant service is slow, they dont take the order properly.3) Staff needs to be trained.4) Water jug and drinking warter was chargeble 5) there was bad smell in the washroom, the ducts of other rooms are connected may be so it smells and you can smell people smoking from other room.6) There where insects in the room beacuse of not maintained wooded furniture.

Food and locality

Wifi sucks.Bathroom smelled.Cockroaches.Very poor service.We spilled some sauce on the bedsheet, they charged us 600/- saying it won’t come off.

Mr Ravindra the general manager was very cordial and helpfull. We had a very late checkin so he made arrangements for our late check-out.

Bathrooms are very poor, without mirror and light, we are in 21st century. No staff,for every thing they have only one excuse that staff is not there,is it customers fault.

Seems like, This hotel management has outsourced room service and other hospitality. No proper hot water in bathroom, Drinking water was not provided in room. And even at terrace restaurant only paid water bottle available after complimentary breakfast.

The room was clean with good amount space. The washroom was also in a good condition and the receptionist Rajeshwari was helpful and kind.

A little issue was we were unable to unlock the room door after locking it.

I had put in request for early check in but it was not provided. I reached the hotel by 5.00am but room was given to me after 6.30am that too after paying Rs 500 extra for early check in

There were Cockroaches in the first room, we asked for another and that room also had cockroaches. The picture showed a much bigger room with 2 chairs, but what we got was small and just one chair

The size of the room does not match the photo shown. I booked for a King superior, it looks like we got a deluxe room and breakfast was very average!

Came here with my colleagues! Firstly, the building itself stands out compared to all the other buildings and has a classy vibe to it. The lobby too is spacious and grand. The rooms were a delight! Wooden floors , AC , TV, the bathroom was so grand with fancy mirrors! Best part is the food! Two bars and restaurants (including a terrace) , with food so budget friendly and tasty! I would definitely recommend Grand Kalinga Hotel to travelers looking for an affordable and comfortable stay in the heart of Bangalore.

Very friendly and helpful staff, problems are solved immediately.Very clean and comfortable and the interior looks amazing too.Price is really good for what you get. Great location, awesome rooftop bar and breakfast is simple but delicious.

They said no rooms available.Abd we had to fight for everything.they never turned up for anything not even to fix a tv.they even charged for water.pictures and rooms are extremely different.terrible.
