location ... good clean rooms and very well maintained

Staff should be more co-operative

Bathroom not clean at all, after being asked to clean the room , no one turned up to clean room.Also the reception kept calling for the check out

Bed was not good worst fan condition even it's ac room .

Availability at last minute helped as a pit stop.

Insects roaming around the bedroom, which ended up feeling like you are staying in a roach infested place. Also the menu was limited, which in itself was okay, but even of that there were limited items available to eat and not any options to walk around and grab a bite.Breakfast might have given me an upset stomach so would not recommend.

Rude staff, no housekeeping services, roaring lift which scare you , overall not at all recomended oyo may be better then this

Highly recommended mid budget alternative for professional planning to work for 2-3 days in EGL and prefer to stay nearby. This is walking distance from EGL. All claimed facilities are working. The breakfast is quite decent.The staff is very helpful and courteous. The Wi-Fi is decent that allows you to take office calls over the net.

Nothing much here. The lift was down but I was offered place on the first floor so didn't matter much. Some minor niggles here n there but I left the hotel with positive memories and willing to be back when I get next opportunity.

I liked the food and the room.

The housekeeping staff were little untrained. Not impolite but they could have done better at preparing the room

We check in late, so they gave us a room in the group floor which was next to the toilet and their staff rooms, AC was leaking (pouring water), people were smocking right next to our toilet our whole room was filled with cigarette smoke.

The staff in the reception, in green uniform, is very kind and smiling, the best amongst all the staff.The room is big and comfortable.The location is good for getting Tuk Tuk and Uber.The food choice is very limited but tasty

The hotel needs a lot of maintenance to mostly of the facility, the lift is very old and seems struggling to go up and down.The toilet is not very cleanThe balcony is not comfortable but it's good to have anyway.The breakfast included is a very basic buffet with very limited choices but, once again, better than nothing. There are good places for breakfast and meals just 10 minutes rides from the hotel and delivery is even a very good option.

Proximity to the prime business locations was a plus point.

The maintenance of the property needs to improve a lot. The ceiling in my room fell off when I was working in the room. Since there was an overflow of guests, they could not provide lunch or dinner.

The breakfast was good and the location is good too

This hotel advertises photos from a few years ago when everything was new - but in reality its all quite worn out and shaby. The table, chairs and couch are all not suited to work from the hotel room. They have no dental kit or comb kit as part of their toiletries which are all so basic these days, that even smaller hotels in tier 2 cities include them. They say the kitchen timings are mentioned on the Menu, but it would have been helpful if they mentioned this during check in time itself about the kitchen timings being strict.
